Gannondorf has all his powers at full includung his transformation to gannon and can use puppet gannon.

Zelda has. light arrows, all the powers of the sages , sheik form if needed.

Dark link. same powers has link excluding masks and dins fire and naryus love.

Pain doesn't have anywhere near enough power to make something to block the moon. Lest you forget, Pain's CT was only mountain sized. The moon is about a 1/3 the size of our entire planet I think.

No. Zomarri steals the sovereignty of things. He takes away a person's ability to control what his eye sees. Zomarri can't see the entire universe. Ever.
