might use the Fuego Ironworksfor Moltres with a reference that Team Galactic made their bombs there, but secertly Team Darkness's boss already controls a legendary pokemon.

The Snorunt clashed with the Rapidash and fainted.

"Snover!" The Snow Pokemon appeared. " RazorLeaf, follow up with Ice Shard!" The Snover did as told.
Ok. Here's my post. I'll go easier this time, Hozuki. lol. :P

Snorunt fainted, and Art prepared to call out his next Pokemon. Rapidash had fought hard, and so Ai decided she should give him a nice rest. "Return Rapidash!" Ai said aloud to her partner, and he disappeared within the pokeball. "Go, Scyther!" Ai called out, and her newest Pokemon Scyther appeared. "Use Swords Dance Scyther, then follow up with X-Scissor!" Scyther increased his attack as he raced towards Art's Snover, and intended to hit it with a powerful X-Scissor attack.

(I keep the story interesting and the big battle with Team Darkness in Sinnoh's Valley Windworks is about to start.)


You're doing a good job at keeping it interesting, that's for sure. ^^

Kimiko walked along the path that led to Petalburg city. The surrounding area was teeming with wild Pokemon, and Kimiko was itching to catch one. "Treeko, do you wanna battle?"
"Treeko!" Treeko responded, he obviously wanted a new partner, too. "Ok." Kimiko said. She looked around, watching for any Pokemon in the bushes that looked interesting. Suddenly, a Zigzagoon popped out and walked right in front of her on the road. "A Zigzagoon!" Kimiko shouted excitedly. The wild Pokemon heard her, and turned around, gazing at her. "Zigzagoon, I challenge you!" Kimiko yelled to the Pokemon. The Zigzagoon stared at her, waiting on her to do something. "Treeko, use Leer!" Kimiko called to her Treeko. Treeko glared at the opposing Zigzagoon, and it stepped back a couple paces, intimidated. "Ok Treeko, now that it's defense has been lowered, attack with Pound!" Kimiko ordered. Treeko ran at the Zigzagoon, and tried to smack it with his thick green tail. But the Zigzagoon easily dodged, and countered with it's Headbutt attack. "Detect!" Kimiko told Treeko. Treeko protected itself from Zigzagoon's Headbutt, but just barely. "Now, Quick Attack, then Pound again!" Treeko increased his speed with quick attack, using it to get behind Zigzagoon, then struck Zigzagoon with Pound. Zigzagoon tumbled backward, and it appeared to be just weak enough to capture. "Pokeball, go!" Kimiko threw the pokeball at the Zigzagoon, and hoped it would be caught. The pokeball shook a couple of times, then finally stopped. Zigzagoon was caught! "Alright! I caught a really cute Pokemon!" Kimiko was very happy. She congratulated Treeko for a job well done, then called out Zigzagoon so they could get better acquainted. She then continued walking along the route, and she managed to find a couple items along the way. When she was almost at Petalburg city she ran into a Poochyena. "Its a Poochyena! Oh, Iv gotta catch him!" Kimiko said. But this pokemon wasnt like the Zigzagoon, and it immediately attacked. Kimiko called out Zigzagoon, and told him to use Sand Attack. Zigzagoon kicked up some dirt, which got in the Poochyena's eyes, and its attack missed. "Zigzagoon, now use Body Slam!" Kimiko told Zigzagoon. Her Pokemon attacked the wild Poochyena, and weakened it. She threw another Pokeball at it, and managed to capture it. Afterwards, once she had made it to Petalburg she stopped at the Pokemon center. The nurse healed all of her Pokemon, and Kimiko called Poochyena back out of his Pokeball. She told him that she wanted him to be her partner. Poochyena no longer seemed angry, and stared at Kimiko. She had taken him to the Pokemon center after they had battled, and he was starting to like her just a little. She reached out her hand to pet him, and Poochyena licked her hand. She knew that they would soon be excellent partners and best friends. So with Treeko, Poochyena, and Zigzagoon she set off to face the Petalburg gym.

*Tragic and Hornet teleported across to Dragon's Den thanks to Nu-Nu's teleport and then entered the Den*

(You're supposed to go to Rustboro gym, the Petalburg gym is 5th gym. Im the Rustboro leader.)

As the Scyther approached, Art called out.

"Wood Hammer." The two clashed and Snover was sent back, receiving minimal damage. "Ice Shard." Snover sent thick energy imbued ice shards at the Scyther. "Follow up with Wood Hammer." Snover's arm became wood and he intended to smack down the Scyther.

Mia decided to go to the Game Corner. People were upset as they trrudged out and Mia decided to play some slots, receiving 5 poke dollars.

"Not much of an earning..." Mia said as she was about to start another game, until...

"It seems there is a disturbance!" The news lady said, Mia turned to the screen. "Two men who say they are Team Sky are attempting to steal the Winstrate's Pokemon! The Winstrates are a proud family of trainers, how could these people do such a thing!" Mia cringed as she ran out the door and towards the Winstrates house.

"Go! Pineco!" The bagworm came out. "Energy Ball, follow up with Gyro Ball!" Pineco formed a green orb of energy and sent it at the Wingull. He then started to rotate furiously as the body turned gray and he threw himself at the Wingull.

"Catch her Scizor"-the son of HOrnet said
*Scizor caught her and landed safely
"This place will FALL this time! We almost conqured it last time but Hornet got in the Damn way. But this time we controlled the dragons AND the mountain pokemon."-he said sisnterly

"YOUR THE REASON I QUIT MY GYM LEADER POSITION AND HURT THE VILLAGE"-Clair yelled enraged

Loop arrived in Mahogany town quickly after returning to Ecruteak. He went to the gym and challenged the gym leader. Loop had no idea how many pokemon or what type this leader was, he just knew that he had to catch up to Tragic.

I mean a young boy saved us with a bit of an attidude. Something weird has been going on lately. "Dragonite.... that's the problem. It is the strongest dragon type pokemon around. It protects a gem and it is mad powerful. It is a horrid beast"-Hornet explained

"Sounds like the ideal pokemon to catch!"-Tragic said with a smirk

Loop threw out his favorite pokemon, Ambipom. "Let's finish this quick, okay?" Ambipom nodded in response. "Start out with fire punch!" Ambipom rushed Jumpluff head on, and tried to jab it in the face with its two tails, each covered in a fire. "Beat Up!" All my pokemon come out of their pokeballs and each use their signature move. Ambipom tries to hit Jumpluff with double hit, Ariados tries to hit Jumpluff with Signal Beam, Flaafy tries to hit Jumpluff with Charge Beam, Slowking tries to hit jumpluff with Water Pulse, and Onix sluggishly aims with Rock Slide. All pokemon return except for Ambipom, who stands tall and strong.

*The townspeople evaded the city but were surrond by Team Power grunts and controlled pokemon and pokemon of their own*

"You as good as dead"-the grunts said as they prepared an attack

*Suddenly a Steelix rose from the ground with NORA!!! oN its head*
"Mysterious use Perish song"-She said with a sad face knowing her pokemon would faint

*all of the pokemon fainted and the grunts fled*

"Come! Let's FIGHT for your home!"-Nora led with a smile as she returned her pokemon

"Dodge it with agility" Loop commanded. Ambipom got out of the way of the attack easily then Loop switched Ambipom for Flaafy. "Charge Beam!" Flaafy shot an electric beam at Jumpluff and got a small sp atk boost.

*Corosla used endure to surive the hit with a few HP. It then used Mirroar coat to reflect the power back 2x fold. (hopefully finishing it off due to massivly effecting Corsola. then it used recover and followed up with Earth Power*

Meanwhile... Bug catcher vs Evil Ranger

"WHAT THE!? Why did all of the pokemon faint? Now I can not use any!"-the ranger yelled

"I dont know. Scizor return. But luckily my other pokemon were safe inside thier pokeballs but all near pokemon have fainted. Your done for! Aridos use SPider Web!"-he commanded as the pokemon binded the foe

"FANTASTIC! You go meet up with your father I will call in others and help out the town"-Clair said as she returned her pokemon

"Nice try" Loop said as he switched out Flaafy for Onix mid attack, causing the Mirror Coat to miss. "Protect" A barrier formed around the rock giant, completely protecting it from the attack. "Iron Tail" Onix rushed at corosla and swiped at it with a tail as strong as steel, hopefully knocking it out for sure. "Rock Slide" Rocks appeared above Corsola and fell down towards it.

Loop laughed "Of course you'd do that, considering the type differences" Now Onix dug underground and made giant tunnels. The water filled the tunnels and not even a drop came close to Onix. Onix used the same Iron Tail and Rock Slide combo from before.

*Corsola repeated itself and dug underground into the wet grounds to swim/dug though quicker than before to dodge the attacks.*

"Ya know you remind me of..... ALMOST EVERY TRAINER I BATTLED BEFORE! You care for your pokemon and love them but you use the typical stragty of making holes. Yet Corsola and I adjusted to this issue. Now Corsola has the PERFECT field advantage a rocky n water field. Now show it the DOWNFALL to them using dig!"-Erin yelled out

*Corsola glew a brown arura an used EARTH POWER!!*
*The ground shook under Onix and a blast of eartly power and the water that was under sprouted up like a gyser*

"Now it may protect itself so use Surf"-Erin commanded as Corsola summoned another wave

(It can not dig forever nor fast enough and soon my water will catch up)-Erin thought


*As the tragedy in Blackthorn settles X-Champion Lance appears*

"Sorry for being late. Is everyone all right?"-Lance asked

"Oh good Lance you made it. Luckily our town is safe for now. The townspeople are coming back to the area. All that is left is the issue in Dragon's Den! Hornet and another trainer have gone into it and Hornet's son is going after them."-Clair explained

*Lance flew on Dragonite to stop the young bug catcher from entering the cave*


"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!>!>?!?!?! My Father and friend are in there!"-the boy yelled in a panic

"This is not your fight. You protected Clair and saved your people. You did more than enough. I know a lot has changed since I left but I had a good reason. But this is the DRAGON's DEN. You have not proved yourself worthy to enter. I know its tough but go help prep your city for an attack. That is the best thing you can do.... I know that is what your father would want"-Lance inspired

"Please come with me child help me help our birthcity. We need you. I am sorry for holding us back"-Clair said with tears in her eyes

*Clair walked back with the boy.... BUT THEN she pushed him over to the other city of the city and she destroyed the bridge connecting the city to Dragon's den. Her and Lance ran inside and destroyed the entrace/exit to the Den*

"Hm, triple battle..." Julius said as he pondered his choices. Now, Julius was not one to rush, but he really wanted to catch up to Loop and... the other person...

"Go! Noctis, Absol and Froggy!" The three Pokemon appeared. "Freezing Slash on all of them! Noctis fly into the air and brace yourself for any attacks, Froggy, use Ice Ball at the Miltank." The Pokemon did as told.

'I need to get that Miltank out of the way first, or else things could get annoying.' Julius thought.

"ENOUGH! I don't blame you. It NEEDED to happen. I knew that the Dragon Den fiasco was NO accident. Someone or something triggered the dragons to go crazy. After the city was destroyed I decided to resign as Champion to go find the culprit. I willingly poised as an agent to find out what I needed to know. But I finally have all the info I need and a special secret! I even wrote it down just in case"-Lance said confidently

"Trust me the less you know the better. All will be revelaed soon."-Lance said

"Let's just say they were hiding in Dragon's Den the WHOLE TIME! RIght under our noses. This is thier main homebase, now quit the chatter lets move in"-Lance told

*Stantler summoned a huge magical transparent barrier surronded her team to reduce the damage of the combo and since Miltank had THICK FAT only Pscho cut did most of the damage. *

"Share your milk with the others"-Jane told
*Miltank made some milk then walked over to give it to Tauros as an ice ball came closer but Miltank rolled away with Gyro ball to easily dodge. It then made it to Tauros and healed it*

"Sunny day then Rock slide!"-She commanded
*Taruos roared which summoned a strong sun and rocks to fall. !!!!Since Noctowl is high up the rocks are more likely and will hit the bird even quicker!!!

"Now solarbeam on the froggy pokemon stantler!. Use ice beam on the bird and Tauros use thunderbolt on the bird as well"-Jane said

"Dodge it!" Noctis maneuvered threw the rocks but was hit by one and crashed, but recovered. "Roost!" Noctis rested on the ground as a Solarbeam came towards Froggy.

"Absol! Blizzard! Froggy, Hydro Pump!" The two attacks combined and clashed with the Solarbeam, canceling it out. Noctis flew back into the air as the two attacks approached him.

"Mirror Move." Julius said. A transparent piece of glass imbued with energy appeared in front of Noctis, the two attacks bounced off and was reflected towards the Miltank and Tauros. "Extrasensory!" A wave of psychic energy tore through the gym with strong power, bringing up pieces of the floor in it's path, towards Stantler.

"Attract!" Absol seductively looked at the three Pokemon, hoping to captivate them. "Blizzard." Absol released a shivering cold barrage of snow and ice at three Pokemon.

"Ice Punch!" Froggy's fist turned to ice as he rushed with surprising speed towards the Miltank.

Kimiko arrived at the Petalburg gym, but soon noticed that there was a sign on the front saying the gym leader wasnt there. Kimiko sighed, realizing that she would have to hold off on the Petalburg gym challenge until later. She set off on route 104, a path that led her through a large forest. She traveled through the forest for what seemed like hours, before realizing that she had become hopelessly lost. She managed to find a lot of items along the way, including a tm for Bullet Seed. Finally she was able to find her way out, arriving at Rustboro city. She visited the Pokemon center to let her Pokemon rest after a whole day of walking through endless greenery. After they had all gotten their energy back, she decided to challenge the Rustboro gym. She was confident. After travelling through the Petalburg woods her Pokemon had become a lot stronger by battling lots of opponents. She arrived at the Rustboro gym, and walked inside. She hoped that she would be able to win and recieve her first gym badge.

Kimiko was welcomed by the Rustboro gym leader, who's name was apparently Brandy. Kimiko briefly introduced herself, and then the battle began. Brandy called out Sentret. "Oh, that pokemon is so adorable!" Kimiko remarked. "But I bet it's tough, too!" Kimiko then called out Poochyena. "Our first gym challenge, Poochyena! Lets go! Use Double Team! Then follow up with Crunchl!" Kimiko told Poochyena. Poochyena obeyed, making copies of itself. He then used Crunch, and the copies came at Sentret from all directions. Now Brandy wont be able to figure out which one is the real one! Kimiko said to herself. She hoped that the Crunch attack would hit.

What sex is your absol?? I am guessing male since its most common. Also what happened to the rock slide and thunderbolt at your noctowl?? Mirror move can only copy one move at once.. So how would they cancel out

"Stantler grab the psychic attack with Psychic and send it back at Noctowl!"-jane said as Stantler struggled to do so but failed. Instead it used psychic to send it towards the sky

"WOW mighty your strong"-Jane said distracted as Tauros and Stantler was attracked to Absol

"Your not interupting true love"-Jane said

*Miltank used surf on the foes then she slapped the 2 love struck loses and showed them her HUMPS HER HUMPS HER LOVELY MILKY LUMPS and they got back to business*

As the Scyther approached, Art called out.

"Wood Hammer." The two clashed and Snover was sent back, receiving minimal damage. "Ice Shard." Snover sent thick energy imbued ice shards at the Scyther. "Follow up with Wood Hammer." Snover's arm became wood and he intended to smack down the Scyther.
Art countered Scyther's X-Scissor with Snover's Wood Hammer. That was a nice move. Ai thought. Snover and Scyther clashed, and Snover appeared to be a little injured. But Art was far from done yet. He told Snover to use Ice Shard. "Scyther, use Double Team!" Scyther did as ordered, creating false copies of itself. The Ice Shard attack hit the mirages, destroying them all. The real Scyther was nowhere to be seen. Suddenly, the real Scyther reappeared, and Art's Snover was already coming at him with Wood Hammer, again. "Ok Scyther, whip up a Razor Wind attack, then follow up with X-Scissor, once more!" Ai called out to Scyther. Scyther began whipping up a powerful Razor Wind, but it would take a moment to work, and so Scyther used X-Scissor, and his attack was still powered up with the earlier Sword's Dance. He lunged at Snover, and the two moves collided. Then, the Razor Wind attack finally whipped up, and swirled around Art's Snover. Ai waited to see if her powerful combo would pay off.

Art called out his next pokemon, a large snow covered creature that looked like the abominable snowman. Art informed her that his Abomasnow knew Swagger, which Ai knew could present some real problems for her. Abomasnow tried to affect Scyther with the Swagger attack, and Ai knew that she had no other choice. "Scyther, return!" Ai called out. Scyther then disappeared inside his pokeball. "Come on out, Riolu!" Ai sent out Riolu. She felt good about this, it was the first time since the incident with Team Darkness that she would get the chance to battle with her trusted partner. But Art was wasting no time, he immediately ordered Abomasnow to use Avalanche, and Ai had to think fast. "Riolu, dodge!" Ai told Riolu. Riolu replied with a bark, then began dodging the huge chunks of snow that were now tumbling toward him. "Now Quick Attack, then use Aura Sphere!" Ai yelled. Riolu used Quick Attack, jumping on some of the chunks of ice as he increased his speed, racing toward Art's Abomasnow. When he was within striking distance, Riolu unleashed a powerful Aura Sphere, and directed it straight at his foe. It was true that Abomasnow was big, but he was also slow, and Ai figured that if Riolu was fast enough, he should be able to land a hit.

Wharley had slipped out of the arena while they where battleing, to get a bit of last minute training in, when a trainer stopped him. 'Hey have you heard the news theirs gonna be a something special on i'll tell you if you can beat me will you accept good lets go grotle!' Wharley barely understood a word that had been said. 'Riolu,let's rock and roll shall we?' Wharley asked. 'RIO!' came Riolu's war cry. 'Good girl. lets finish this quick.' (battle in spoiler.)

'Fool! you think a Riolu can stop me? Grotle, use leech seed!' that man was quick. Wharley smiled. 'Riolu, dodge it, then follow up with aura sphere.' Riolu dodged four of the fie seeds launched, it's shoulder getting hit by the final seed. wharley could see her energy drained slightly and be transferred to the grottle. The aura sphere flashed across the clearing, hitting Grottle in the foot, exploding slightly on impact. When the smoke cleared the grottle stood panting, but could carry on. 'Alrght Grottle hit it with rasor leaf and follow through with vine whip.' 'Riolu! use aura sphere to blast off the leaves and dodge the vines!' Riolu blasted the leaves away, but was caught in the vines. Wharley could see the grottle get a bit of its energy back, due to the leach seed. Riolu was weakening fast. 'Riolu! you've gotta break the vines! use force palm!' Suddenly a vine snapped round and pinned Riolu's arms to it's side. 'No!' cried wharley, seeing his riolu in suuch a position. Then something amazing happened. A white light enveloped his sight, and when the spots in his eys dissipeared, he could clearly see a Lucario standing there. 'Yes! girl yu've evolved!' Then, another flash came across his field of vison, and fines snapped from Lucario's palms at it surprised Grottle so much that he let go. 'Sweet! you learned Me first to! Ok, lets finish this with aura sphere!' The Lucario, at such a small range, slammed a aura sphere into the grottle's face, KO'ing it instantly. The trainers eye twicthed. 'Alright, i'll tell you, like i promised. there is a tournament held in unova, but i obviously can't win with you there. here, take these tickets, i don't need them anymore, they'll get you on the boat to unova.' Tha man handed him to tickets. 'Wait why do you have two tickets if it's just you?' wharley asked, but the man was gone. he healed his lucario at the center and walked back to the gym, lucario beside him, to see Art summn out a abomnisnow.

"Protect" The earthquake did no damage at all. Lave plume hit but did not do much. "Defense Curl" Onix curled its own body up, raising it's defenses tenfold. Rock slide did almost nothing, due to Onix's bulkiness. The inferno made contact, but wasn't very effective. "Earth Power" Onix clashed with Magcargo's move, but Onix's sheer will went forward and pushed it to win. "Blitz it with Iron Tail and Rock Slide, then bind it up and Earth Power!" Loop decided to take the offensive for a change. Onix rushed at Magcargo and tried to hit it with Iron Tail. Rocks appeared above the two pokemon and fell on Magcargo. Onix tried to bind up Magcargo and use Earth power on itself and Magcargo, hopefully blowing it away with sheer force.

Go to a site that has animated pokemon sprites. Right click on the image, then paste them on your thread post. If it works right, they should move. I tried it once, and it didnt work. But I asked pie and she gave me a good site where I could get animated sprites. I pasted them and it worked ^^

first, deoxy's is major legendary i think. and it's a legenday of your region, inner, so yu can't get either for ai, as articuno is kanto and suicune is jhoto. quite frankly, using a legendary often would ruin the RP in my opinion, i might use it a bit, but mainly just have it around. I was more hoping for jirachi, if that was from sinnoh.... i think it just lives where-ever it want's to. I just reackon it would be an awsome pokemon to have around. (if you call it the Goldfish pokemon anyone....)

Yeah. Thats true. But he has extremely high attack, though. And the only type that's effective against him is fighting. So I think his defense stat would be enough to keep him alive for more than five turns until his stats return to normal.

*sigh* i'll probably go for uxi then, but isn't deoxy's in at least two regions? it is in sinnoh because of the meteors and same for Kanto, all though heard it originated from another plannet, so it techniqally it doesn't HAVE a region. And inner, watch your back.

Wharley almost fainted on the spot. 'Lucario? you can understand me? and i can under stand you?' Lucario, however managed to get a 'I've been waiting for this moment...' before it actually fainted. 'Well' said Wharley 'I think i might just have to leave. Heave ho!' He said, picking up lucario, and bringing her to the pokemon center. Once there he walked to nurse joy. 'You got a phone i can borrow?' she handed him a phone. he dialed a secret number, and Riley's voice came up on the other end. 'Hello, iron island iron services. how can we help you?' Wharley sighed. 'Riley, it's me. Listen, i need a lift to..' Wharley looked at the tickets the man had given him. 'Unova, there is a big tournament on, apparently. Think you can give me a lift on your boat?' 'Yeah, that's no problem. where should i pick you up?' 'Pastoria' 'See you in a few days!' 'Oh yeah Riley, Riolu evolved and can telepathicly talk to me. seeya' Wharley hung up the phone, then went to tend on Riolu, while waiting for Ai to finish her battle, and registrate with nurse joy, which he had done a minute ok. (and by nurse joy, i mean pool)

When the wind cleared, Snover fainted. Art sighed.

"Okay then, get ready for Abomasnow!" The giant snowman appear, the evolved form of Snover. "Guess what," Art smiled. "He's got Swagger." Art stated as Abomasnow started doing the Catsaddy, showing off his unbelievable Swagger, attempting to confuse Scyther.

"Avalanche." He roared as giant spheres of snow tumbled down the ice rink.
Snover fainted, and Art let out a sigh. Ai was happy that she had won another round, but that feeling was short-lived. Art called out his next pokemon, a large snow covered creature that looked like the abominable snowman. Art informed her that his Abomasnow knew Swagger, which Ai knew could present some real problems for her. Abomasnow tried to affect Scyther with the Swagger attack, and Ai knew that she had no other choice. "Scyther, return!" Ai called out. Scyther then disappeared inside his pokeball. "Come on out, Riolu!" Ai sent out Riolu. She felt good about this, it was the first time since the incident with Team Darkness that she would get the chance to battle with her trusted partner. But Art was wasting no time, he immediately ordered Abomasnow to use Avalanche, and Ai had to think fast. "Riolu, dodge!" Ai told Riolu. Riolu replied with a bark, then began dodging the huge chunks of snow that were now tumbling toward him. "Now Quick Attack, then use Aura Sphere!" Ai yelled. Riolu used Quick Attack, jumping on some of the chunks of ice as he increased his speed, racing toward Art's Abomasnow. When he was within striking distance, Riolu unleashed a powerful Aura Sphere, and directed it straight at his foe. It was true that Abomasnow was big, but he was also slow, and Ai figured that if Riolu was fast enough, he should be able to land a hit.

Kimiko was welcomed by the Rustboro gym leader, who's name was apparently Brandy. Kimiko briefly introduced herself, and then the battle began. Brandy called out Sentret. "Oh, that pokemon is so adorable!" Kimiko remarked. "But I bet it's tough, too!" Kimiko then called out Poochyena. "Our first gym challenge, Poochyena! Lets go! Use Double Team! Then follow up with Crunchl!" Kimiko told Poochyena. Poochyena obeyed, making copies of itself. He then used Crunch, and the copies came at Sentret from all directions. Now Brandy wont be able to figure out which one is the real one! Kimiko said to herself. She hoped that the Crunch attack would hit.

Abomasnow was hit with the Quick Attack, but was ready for Riolu on the rebound.

"Ice Punch." Abomasnow clashed with the Riolu with his Ice Punch, hopefully knocking the Pokemon backwards, but not Abomasnow due to his size. "Let's see if your Riolu can handle Abomasnow's Swag." Abomasnow got in Riolu's face and started to motion him to back up, as of on a dance battle. "Be ready for an attack by Riolu with an Ice Punch." Abomasnow readied himself with his fist of ice.

Brandy smiled.

"Dig!" The Sentret went underground to avoid the attacks, after the Crunch the real Poochyena was exposed and Sentret rose from the ground beneath it, attempting to attack it.

"Follow up with Pursuit!" Sentret raced towards the Poochyena with amazing speed, intending to strike it.

Mia looked as a helicopter landed and a trainer got off.

"Hey! Have you heard about the Winstrates?" Mia ran towards the boy.

"Okay, Skidd, handle this." The Masquerain and Mia quietly slipped into the house, not knowing where or what Julius is doing.

Abomasnow was hit with the Quick Attack, but was ready for Riolu on the rebound.

"Ice Punch." Abomasnow clashed with the Riolu with his Ice Punch, hopefully knocking the Pokemon backwards, but not Abomasnow due to his size. "Let's see if your Riolu can handle Abomasnow's Swag." Abomasnow got in Riolu's face and started to motion him to back up, as of on a dance battle. "Be ready for an attack by Riolu with an Ice Punch." Abomasnow readied himself with his fist of ice.

Abomasnow attempted to use Swagger on Riolu, making odd movements as if it were dancing. Ugh. Swagger again. But luckily I came prepared! Ai thought. "Riolu, show em what you've been hiding!" Riolu nodded, and revealed what appeared to be a persim berry. Abomasnow's Swagger didnt seem to be affecting Riolu at all. "How do ya like that?" Ai asked Art. "You shouldnt have told me that your Abomasnow had Swagger. I made sure earlier when you told me that to give Riolu this Persim Berry before I switched out Scyther." Ai informed the gym leader. Abomasnow kept dancing towards Riolu, but instead of becoming confused, Riolu was able to keep in rhythm with Abomasnow, and was soon doing the moves himself, increasing his attack. Art's Abomasnow has a lot of power. He was able to withstand Riolu's last Quick Attack and counter his Aura Sphere like it was nothing. Even with his increased attack from Swagger, will Riolu be able to defeat a pokemon so strong? Ai wondered. Art then told Abomasnow to get ready for an attack from Riolu with Ice Punch. "You can do it, Riolu!" Ai yelled to Riolu. Riolu was looking nervous, and Abomasnow looked intimidating standing in front of him. Ai knew that they were in trouble. But just then, Ai felt something. Her aura reacted in a way she had never experienced before. Riolu started glowing. At first Ai had no idea what was going on, but then suddenly, Riolu started changing shape. "Riolu...?! It cant be...!" Ai managed to say. He's evolving! Ai said to herself with delight. Riolu then became Lucario, and Ai knew that now they would surely be able to handle that Abomasnow. "Alright, Lucario! Use Quick Attack, again! Then use a powerful Aura Sphere!" With Lucario's increased attack from Abomasnow's Swagger, Lucario raced at the snow covered pokemon with Quick Attack. He then launched an even more powerful Aura Sphere than earlier, and Ai waited to see if Lucario's improved combination would strike.

Thats a good idea. Luckily for me though Riolu normally evolves very quickly with high enough friendship. And since Ai and Riolu are so close, its time for Riolu to evolve. Luckily the tournament is here, and now I can enter my two fully evolved pokemon. ^^

Not to mention I feel confident in evolving Riolu during their first battle together since the whole Team Darkness incident. Ai's love for Riolu has only increased since then, and I feel like this battle between Ai and Art is a milestone for Ai and Lucario.

Brandy's Sentret used Dig, avoiding Poochyena's Crunch. That was a good move. Sentret will come out of the ground now and try to hit Poochyena...but from where? Kimiko pondered. Just then, Sentret popped out of a hole underneath Poochyena, just as Kimiko expected. "Poochyena, use Shadow Ball on the ground, then dodge!" Kimiko told Poochyena. Poochyena used Shadow Ball on the ground just as Sentret appeared, and the impact of the blast threw rocks and dirt at Sentret, allowing Poochyena enough time to escape the Dig attack. But Brandy was swift, and so was her pokemon, and she immediately ordered Sentret to follow up with Pursuit.
Sentret raced at Poochyena with incredible speed, but Kimiko wasnt about to let the attack land. "Ok, Poochyena! Sand Attack!" Kimiko called out to her Poochyena. The field was already covered in dust from that last attack, and so Poochyena kicked up some of it, lowering Sentret's accuracy, allowing him to barely dodge Sentret's Pursuit. "Now, Double Team, again!" Kimiko commanded. Using the cloud of dirt as cover and also the Double Team attack, Kimiko prepared to use another move on Brandy's Sentret, hoping that it would hit this time. "Ok Poochyena, now use Take Down!" Copies of Poochyena again lunged at Sentret, and Kimiko hoped Poochyena would be able to land a hit.

Brandy's Sentret used Bounce, avoiding Poochyena's Take Down. After the dust settled, Sentret dove out of the air toward the copies of Poochyena. The Bounce attack missed, hitting one of the mirages instead.
The Double Team attack wore off, and the real Poochyena was revealed. Brandy ordered Sentret to use Dig immediately after landing, and Kimiko had to figure out what to do and fast. "Ok Poochyena, wait for Sentret to come out, then use Crunch!" Kimiko told Poochyena.

She went to the pokemon center to heal her team, and found Wharley waiting for her inside. The first thing she noticed was that his Riolu had also evolved. She walked up to them and greeted them both with telepathy. Hey. I won! But Wharley, I have something to tell you. Ai said with her thoughts. We can understand one another, how is that possible? Lucario asked. Ai figured that her and Wharley would need to talk outside, and she was excited about this whole experience. She wondered if Wharley could understand his Lucario, too.

Ai communicated with Lucario using telepathy. Me too. Lucario agreed. Ai could tell that Lucario was just as hyped about this as she was. And he liked the idea of spending time with his sexy girlfriend as well. Just make sure you dont forget not to drool while staring at her fluffy tail again. Ai said, picking on him. Lucario blushed before trying to convince her that he had definitely not been staring. When Ai and Wharley were at the beach, they waited for Riley to arrive, and Ai anxiously awaited her trip to the Unova region.

Julius arrived in the pokemon center in Ecruteak and healed. After healing, Julius was about to rush out before Nurse Joy stopping him.

"Hey, you're a good trainer, right?" She said as Julius turned around. "Look at this." She gave Julius a flier about a tournament.

"In the Unova region? Great!" Julius smiled until he came to a part that said you could only enter two Pokemon. "Ugh, this will be a hard decision..." Julius then walked through the route leading to Mahogany.

Wharley saw the sleek vessel that Riley used come near the shore. 'Ok, Ai, our lift is here.' The both boarded the vessel and it started slowly hcugging along the shoreline. Wharley was content looking out the glass floor of the boat. suddenly, a flash of orange streaked by. 'that's my cue.' Wharley said, pulling a chest out from under his seat. he then opened it to show two ranger's water breathers. it took one, then gave the other to Lucario. 'Let's go girl!' He yelled, and thy jumped off the boat. Five minutes and a pokeball later, lucario and wharley where streaking towards the ship ontop of a bwuizel.

"Leaf Storm!" A barrage of leaves was directed towards the snake, but it dodged! "Great speed, use Seed Bomb!" Ginger fired incendiary seeds like a machine gun as the Ekans slithered stealthily. It finally ended up hitting and a big explosion occurred. The Ekans was seen just barely clinging on to consciousness. Julius threw a ball, in which she was caught.


"Welcome, Miss Hissy." He smiled as he entered Mahogany.

Julius encountered a Geodude on the peak. The Geodude stared at Julius blankly, and Julius stared back, eventually, it ran away. He shrugged and continued to the Swamp.

Realizing that Julius wasn't there, she took out Kyuu as well.

"Leech Life, Round!" The attacks were fired.

"Extrasensory, Razor Wind! Follow up with Silver Wind and another Extrasensory!" The attacks missed on the Whismur but attackd the Zubat, making it faint, however the man had another Pokemon.

"Poochyena!" The dog came out. "Bite!" The round hit Skidd as he just barely escaped the Bite.

"Flamethrower! Razor Wind!" The powerful flame finished off the Whismur and the lose up flying attack defeated the dog. The grunts grunted (lol) as they stormed out. Mia cheered in success as she returned the Pokemon and arrived in Mauville again.

Ai sat in the hull of Riley's boat, looking out of the glass at the endless pokemon that swam by under the vessel. This is amazing! Ai exclaimed through telepathy. I agree! Lucario responded. Wharley and his Lucario had gone out into the water to catch some sort of pokemon. A couple minutes later, they were headed back towards the ship riding on what appeared to be a Buizel. Awesome! Lucario, we've gotta do that! Ai said to Lucario. Just then, Ai noticed a beautiful pokemon swim by, and she knew that was one she intended to capture. You ready? She asked Lucario. He nodded, and she searched under her seat as well for some water breathers like Wharley had used. Sure enough, she managed to find some, and she was grateful that Wharley had decided to make accommodations for her and Lucario. Taking a pokeball with her, Ai dove into the water with her partner, and soon afterwards they managed to catch a Milotic. Ai and Lucario rode towards the ship upon the large pokemon's back, and Ai knew that this pokemon probably wouldnt fit inside the observatory. She called Milotic back inside her pokeball, and boarded the ship to meet back up with Wharley. She told him that she thought his Buizel was quite the catch.

"Gotcha"-Tragic said as he tossed a pokeball attached to a vine to catch the pokemon*

Wharley and Lucario walked to the end of the boat, and strated boxing. about an hour later, they returned to the seats, utterly exhausted. Lucario was resting it's head on Wharley's should, as he sung a calming song that a ranger had taught him, sending, strangly enough, BOTH Lucarios to sleep. 'Huh, that's something you don't see everyday' commented Wharley.

"I hope we will stop somewhere before we enter the tournament. Getting a little bit of training in doesnt sound like a bad idea." Ai told Wharley once he and Lucario had exhausted themselves from training. He began to sing, and Ai laughed softly as she realized that both Lucario's had fallen asleep beside each other. "Aww. Just look at them. They're so sweet together." Ai commented. She realized that there were still a few moves that she wanted Lucario to know before they signed up to enter the competition, and she figured that actual battling would be better experience than boxing. Ai gazed across the seemingly endless sea trying to spot the island that Wharley was trying to point out to her. Suddenly, she noticed what appeared to be a pokemon skipping across the surface of the water like a rock would when tossed across a wide river. Wharley yelled, nearly giving Ai a heart attack. Apparently, the Pokemon's name was Suicune. "Whoa!" Ai exclaimed. Just then, two more pokemon followed along behind it, a red colored one and then a yellow one. Wharley explained that they had just got to encounter the three legendary pokemon of Jhoto. "Awesome..." Ai said, breathless. I agree...Lucario remarked. "We should land over on that island, and see if we can spot them again." Ai suggested.

Ok, here's my shot! Kimiko thought. "Alright, Poochyena, here Sentret comes! Use Double Team, again!" Poochyena responded to Kimiko's command, quickly using Double Team to avoid Sentret's Crunch. As intended, instead of hitting Poochyena, Sentret used Crunch on one of the copies instead. "Now, Poochyena, use Shadow Ball, then follow up with Takedown!" The real Poochyena appeared. He then unleashed a ball of dark energy at Brandy's Sentret. The Shadow Ball went straight through Brandy's Senret, since Sentret is a normal type, and while Sentret stood there Poochyena immediately used Takedown. "The Shadow Ball attack was a feint to make Sentret unaware of the Takedown attack that Poochyena intends to hit it with immediately after it went through its body." Kimiko said.

Julius found a Meditite! The Meditite was meditating as Julius threw some bait, it was unfazed and he just threw a Safari Ball, interrupting the meditation, and capturing it.

"Times up!" The intercom yelled. Julius returned and was glad of his catches. He debated on who to withdraw, and left to battle the gym in Mahogany.

Julius flew back to Mahogany and started to train at the Lake of Rage. It was very humid and there was a dense fog. As he began to train, he saw a shadow dance across the water, gone in the same second. Misdreavus reacted as the other pokemon were oblivious. Returning to his training he saw the shadow again, this time followed by two others which made a *Ploop* sound, like water, a crackling sound and a sound like fire flowing. Julius knew who it was as the shadows didnt reappear again. He began fighting trainers.

A wild pidgyotto came out of the grass. 'Alright Lucario, time for practice. And Ai, remember, no caching. Lucario, use me first!' Lucario reeled back, it's hand glowing a steel silver. it ran forward and hit the pokemon with it's arm. Then something else happened. A bone appeared in it's hand, and it started doing some sort of dance. Then, after the dance, it started hiting the wild pokemon with renewed vigor. Theey then got on the boat and headed to unova. (now, i'm gonna go and say this tournament ground looks like one of the tournaments from the TV show, so correct me if i'm wrong and i'll take this post out) Wharley drew breath at the scene in fron of him. a giant collisium like battle ground stood for the tournament itself, bu even more amazing was the lavish hotel in front of it for enterees and then the hundreds of stalls selling food for pokemon to pokemon shaped food. Wharley walked up to one of these stalls, and bought a few things, then went to the hotel, signed in, and, with a moan of delight at a proper bed, he fell asleep on one of the double beds, with lucario not long after.

No, Hozuki you dont understand what I was trying to do. It's more of like a reflect reaction. Whenever you get shot at with an attack, you're immediate reaction is to defend yourself. But I guess you're right. Sentret wouldnt fall for it. But it would, however, just stand there. Why would it want to dodge an attack that wont even work? But then Poochyena can follow up with Takedown immediately afterwards. And hopefully get a hit on Sentret. After all, if Sentret was just standing there, it would be more open to another attack that was timed quickly. I changed my post. But I suppose Sentret would still be able to use Bounce and dodge, so therefor I guess Im ok with that.

Brandy's Sentret was able to dodge Poochyena's decisive Take-Down attack by using Bounce to quickly jump into the air. Brandy then ordered Sentret to use Swift, and stars poured down upon the copies of Poochyena, destroying them. However, the original Poochyena was still unharmed, and Kimiko now had Brandy's Sentret right where she wanted it. "Ok, Poochyena! Perfect! Now that Sentret is above you, jump into the air and use Crunch! And once you've got ahold of it, use Takedown and slam it into the ground!" Poochyena responded, and leaped into the air. He then used Crunch, and Kimiko hoped that Brandy's Sentret wouldnt be able to dodge in mid-air. He then attempted to slam Sentret into the floor of the gym using Takedown.

Ai and Wharley had arrived at the island, and had been searching for the three legendary pokemon, but to no avail. They were nowhere in sight, and Ai decided to train. It was the main reason why she had wanted to land on the island to begin with. Her and Lucario trained together, and she tried to teach Lucario some new moves. One of them being Dark Pulse. "Ok, Lucario! Now try to use Dark Pulse, again!" Ai told Lucario. He nodded, and aimed at a large rock in the distance, focusing his energy. His aura suddenly turned black, and he fired the dark wave of aura at the boulder. The attack collided with it, and it broke into pieces. I figured it would work. Ai said to herself. When her partner had his heart closed by Team Darkness when he was still a Riolu, his aura had turned black. He was back to normal now, but his aura had been slightly darker ever since. Ai figured that they might as well make the most of that fact. Dark Pulse was a powerful move, and usually a pokemon has to have a slightly darker aura for it to work. Lucario fit the bill, and Dark Pulse was even more powerful because of Lucario's previous run-in with those creeps. "We'll teach those idiots a lesson the next time we meet." Ai said to Lucario. She also had a slightly darker look in her eyes when she said that. I agree. Lucario said. Wharley was off somewhere training as well, and Ai decided to go look for him. Eventually she found him, and it appeared that his Lucario had also learned some new moves. Afterwards, she and Wharley boarded the ship, and sailed off towards Unova, not intending to make any more stops. They had to arrive before the tournament, and they were already a little behind schedule. They managed to arrive a day before the tournament was to begin, and they all couldnt believe the accomodations that the city had for the participants of the contest. "Sweet!" Ai exclaimed as she noticed the fancy hotel, and all of the booths full of food and other items that were available for purchase. Ai's and Lucario's mouths were watering just at the sight of all the food. "I want some!" Ai declared. Not if I beat you to it! Lucario replied. They both raced towards the food stands, and you would've thought they were trying to win some sort of marathon. Wharley checked in at the hotel, and so did Riley, and after Ai and Lucario were done stuffing their faces, they crashed as well. Ai was so excited about the contest that she almost couldnt sleep. Lucario was the same. Eventually, they managed to nod off, and when day broke the next morning, Ai and Lucario were prepared to kick some butt.

Brandy's Sentret fainted, and Brandy called out her next pokemon, an adorable pink little creature called Cleffa. Brandy told Cleffa to use Sweet Kiss, followed up with Double Edge. "Ok, Poochyena! Dodge out of the way of that Sweet Kiss!" Kimiko told Poochyena. He obeyed, narrowly missing the attack as it came towards him at rapid speed. Brandy then ordered Cleffa to use Double Edge, and the tiny Cleffa responded to Brandy's order, running toward Poochyena while surrounded by a yellow coloured aura. "Counter with Crunch!" Kimiko told Poochyena. As Cleffa intended to lunge at Poochyena, Poochyena aimed to latch onto Cleffa's body.

"Attract!" The Cleffa looked at the Poochyena cutely. "Sweet Kiss." Cleffa then blew a kiss towards the dog.

"Ahem" The announcer cleared his throat. "Welcome one and all, to the grand Unova Tournament!" The speakers bellowed. "We've gathered some of the best trainers in the regions to duke it out and become known as one of the best trainers to ever exist! This tournament is tag team style. Once one of your pokemon faint, you're done! Well, without further adeu, let's meet the competitors!"

"The first trainer, from the Sinnoh region is a powerful trainer and can communicate with their Lucario! This person has also brought a Graveler to compete in the tournament! I smell a malicious strategy! I present, Wharley!" The croud erupted in cheer, as Wharley basked in his own glory.

"The next trainer, a ruthless trainer from the Johto region, has been recently known for taking down the infamous Team Power singlehandedly! He also has collected all 8 badges in the Johto region! Everybody welcome Tragic!" The croud cheered once more, with even more force than before. Tragic smirked and nodded slightly.

"Hold up folks, we've got a doozy here. Julius from the Johto region as well! This trainer is entering his newly evolved Arbok and Vileplume. I can smell the poison from all the way up here! Let's give him a loud Unova welcome!" The crowd all clapped and shouted very loudly.

"We've got another Lucario user here! She's traveled all the way from the Sinnoh region with her Lucario and Rapidash! I can't wait to see her fight! Welcome, Ai!" The entire arena was filled with cheer after the announcer stopped talking.

"And last, but certainly not least, we've got another trainer from Johto. This trainer has completely obliterated the gym leaders, with one left to spare. Give it up for Loop!" Loop had a giant grin on his face as the entire arena cheered and shouted. Some chick even threw her bra at him. He just threw it to the ground, a bit disturbed.

"That concludes our intros. Our first match of the day is Ai vs. Julius! After those two are done, we'll switch up the arena and see a giant threeway match between Wharley, Loop, and Tragic! We're sure you'll be on the edge of your seat the entire time! So, waddya say we get this thing started already?" The crowd practically blew up with excitement.

Wharley, Loop, and Tragic were all escorted to a bench right inside the stadium, near the edge. They would wait there until the matchup between Ai and Julius was done. The seemingly normal looking battlefield glew extremely bright for a split second. Everyone, including the announcer, were forced to look away. When their gaze returned, the field had completely transformed. A floating circular platform was suspended in the air above a pit of water.

"Remember. Only one pokemon from each trainer can be out at once. They can tag out at any time, switching with their teammate on the sidelines. If one pokemon faints, that trainer is outta here! Round one, Ai vs. Julius has now begun! Each sides shake hands and toss out your pokemon! Let's get this show on the road!

Ai looked around at all of the trainers standing next to her. These guys look tough. She thought. The main person I'm worried about here is Wharley. There's no question about it that he's had more training than me at this point. However, Lucario and I wont lose this. We know Wharley better than anyone here. Ai was confident. Tragic, Loop and Wharley were all escorted to their seats at the edge of the arena, and Ai was left standing face to face with a trainer named Julius. "Hi. Im Ai. I look forward to our battle." Ai said to the guy, introducing herself. She then walked up to him in order to shake his hand so that the battle could begin.

Ai hears the judge announce that the battle has begun, and so she calls out her first Pokemon. "Lets do this, Rapidash!" She calls out. The fiery horse emerges from his pokeball, ready for action. "Ok Rapidash, lets start off with Agility!" Rapidash responds to Ai's command, galloping down the arena while increasing his speed and becoming more agile. Ai waited for Julius to call out his Pokemon, and she figured that he was the kind of trainer who was fast on his feet. She was definitely looking forward to a good match.

"Dig."

Arbok dug underground as the horse increased speed. Hissy then emerged from the ground and attempted to attack the Rapidash.

"Thunder Fang." While close, Hissy attempted to snap at the horse repeatedly with fangs tinged with electricity.

He is fast! Ai thought to herself as Julius called out his Arbok. Rapidash continued to charge as Julius ordered his Arbok to use Dig. "Ok, Rapidash! Avoid with Bounce!" Ai told Rapidash as Arbok popped up out of the ground. Rapidash leaped into the air, avoiding Arbok's super-effective Dig attack. Arbok then attempted to use Thunder Fang, but that missed as well due to Rapidash being too high in the air for Arbok to make contact. "Ok, Rapidash! Use Fire Blast!" Ashley spoke, and Rapidash unleashed a torrent of flames that were shaped like the japanese kanji for fire, aiming to hit Arbok. "Then continue the assault with Flare Blitz!" Ashley said, and Rapidash plummeted towards Julius's Arbok coated in flames.

"Sludge Wave." A column of venom started to rise and surrounded Hissy like a cyclone. Rapidash being right above the poison, was in its range and could get hit by the poison, it also dispersed the Fire Blast.

Then, the Rapidash started to drop from the sky with Flare Blitz.

"Mole Field." Hissy nodded and dug into the ground, avoiding the attack as many other holes appeared around the field. "Sludge Wave!" While underground, Hissy released a furiously spinning wave of sludge, making many geysers of poison erupt from the ground.

Julius's Arbok used Sludge Wave, and a blob of poison arose into the air below Rapidash as he unleashed his Fire Blast attack. The Fire Blast collided with the Sludge Wave, dispersing the flames but allowing Rapidash to barely manage to escape the poison. "Rapidash, divert your attack! Dont hit Arbok!" Ai said to Rapidash as he continued to dive out of the air towards the foe. Arbok was coated in venom, and any contact that Rapidash made with her could possibly poison him. Rapidash changed direction, and avoided striking Arbok. Ai then realized that Julius had some sort of strategy up his sleeve, and he ordered Arbok to use Dig numerous times while underground, creating a labyrinth of connected tunnels. Then, Julius's Arbok used Sludge Wave again, and Ai was surprised when venom erupted from the various holes in the ground like geysers. That was an impressive move, I must admit. Ai thought. However, Julius had made a fatal mistake. "Rapidash, use Bounce, again! Get above that poisonous sludge!" Ai told Rapidash. Rapidash leaped back into the air, avoiding the toxic wave that surrounded the arena. "Now, Rapidash! Use Fire Blast, and aim for one of the holes!" Ai told Rapidash. There were so many of them, it was almost impossible to miss. Rapidash released another searing blast of flames from his muzzle, and the attack struck one of the openings in the ground that Arbok had dug, and all of the holes erupted with flames. Ai knew that Arbok was still underground, and she figured that this was it. Flames spewed out and engulfed the arena, disintegrating the Sludge Wave. The entire arena was now covered in fire. Those holes Arbok created worked to my advantage quite nicely. Ai said to herself. But she had to hand it to Julius for coming up with the idea. Ai waited to see if Julius's Arbok had gotten knocked out by the flames.

"Thunder Fang." Using the power of Psychic, Hissy twirled as she descend upon the Rapidash with fangs tinged with electricity. "Sludge Wave!" At the same time, six giant blobs of poison appeared as three attempted to hit Rapidash, two attempted to surround the horse and one appeared in front of Hissy to enhance the power of Thunder Fang by mixing Sludge Wave in it, also for protection just in case the foe decides to use an attack.

You didnt state how exactly Arbok was able to escape the flames. They erupted from all of the holes. Rightfully, Arbok shouldnt have been able to get out of the ground fast enough to avoid being turned into a crisp...

The force of the Sludge Wave blowing against the flames would slow down the speed of the flames.

Not really. But read my post again. I waited until the sludge stopped coming out of the holes before Rapidash used Fire Blast. Hence the reason why the arena was covered in it. But what the heck.

Rapidash increased his speed again using Agility as he began to gallop towards Arbok. Rapidash was fast enough to dodge all of the blobs of sludge as the attacks fired at him, hitting the ground. Two more balls of the toxic substance floated around Rapidash, and Ai knew that Rapidash would have to coat himself in flames so the attack couldnt do any harm. "Flare Blitz!" Ai called out, and Rapidash was engulfed in flames. "Use Fire Blast Rapidash!" Ai called yelled, and Rapidash shot another blast of fire toward Arbok. The Sludge Wave blocked the attack from hitting Arbok, and Rapidash then attempted to hit Arbok with the Flare Blitz. Julius ordered his Arbok to use Thunder Fang combined with Sludge Wave, hoping to bite Rapidash. "Leap over it, and dodge! Then continue with the Flare Blitz!" Rapidash was too fast for Arbok to latch onto, and Rapidash leaped agilely over top of Arbok's body, avoiding the her attack. He then tried to hit Arbok again, still surrounded by flames from Flare Blitz.

"Don't underestimate her speed, dodge!" Hissy dropped the Psychic and quickly sped toward the ground, dodging the flare blitz and blast. "Dig!" Hissy sped through one of the holes and quickly sprouted below Rapidash due to making the holes in advance, attempting to attack the Rapidash.

"Don't let him escape with a Psychic!" Hissy released a psychic blast that attempted to stop Rapidash in midair, this blast is being fired right below Rapidash.

This is taking longer than I initially thought. Ai said to herself. Arbok dug underground, dodging Rapidash's Fire Blast and Flare Blitz attacks. Then, Arbok popped its head back out of one of the many tunnels it had created, using Psychic from underneath Rapidash. "Evade!" Ai yelled. Rapidash barely avoided the Psychic attack from below as he changed directions in midair, dodging to the left. "Now use Double Kick!" Ai shouted. Rapidash did what Ai told him, immediately attacking with Double Kick using his hind legs once his front hooves had touched the ground. Arbok was in close range, and Ai hoped Rapidash's move would make contact.

Arbok dug a hole to escape Rapidash. Correct? But then tried to pop out of the hole to use Psychic on Rapidash.

I was thinking that instead of trying to avoid Psychic, Rapidash could just take it head on, and tackle Arbok, and they both land in the hole in the ground. With Arbok underneath Rapidash. Pretty much pinned, unable to use Psychic.

(It can be done. All you have to do is lean to one side.)

Rapidash attempted to strike Julius's Arbok using Double Kick, however Julius countered with Arbok's Psychic. "Avoid it!" Ai called out to Rapidash. Rapidash suddenly swerved to the side, barely managing to escape being blasted by the hunk of psychic energy due to his increased speed. Ai was prepared to make another move, however Arbok then surrounded itself with sludge. That makes a decent defense, I must admit. We're going to have to try something unexpected. Ai thought. "You're a great opponent, Julius. But we should end this here." Ai said. "Alright Rapidash! Use Fire Blast on one of the holes in the ground!" Ai yelled. Rapidash did as told, aiming its attack at one of the tunnels Arbok had dug. Again the holes erupted with flames, and this time Ai had a plan. "Now use Bounce! Get above the flames, and let them hit you!" Rapidash leaped into the air, and the geysers of fire below it created a massive torrent that engulfed Rapidash. Since Rapidash's ability is Flash Fire, Rapidash's power was then increased tenfold. "Now use a massive Fire Blast!!!" Ai ordered. Rapidash literally exploded, unleashing an enormous blast from its snout that consumed the entire field, even evaporating all of the water below the stage. There was nowhere for Arbok to hide, as the entire arena was immersed with the scorching flames from Rapidash's attack.

There is nowhere for Arbok to go. The whole area is covered by the blaze. Arbok cannot escape underground because the holes are spewing flames, and Arbok cant escape underwater because it's evaporated. And Arbok's thin shield of sludge will not protect her from Rapidash's attack.

"Psychic!" Arbok sped into the air, using Psychic to console herself. Julius thought.

'Rapidash has increased speed and fire attacks, the only way we can end this is...'

"Sludge Wave, Thunder Fang!" Hissy released the most massive blob of poison yet, being the same size as the field, sent to engulf the Rapidash. Hissy then twirled in the air as her fangs became tinged with electricity and it formed a set of fangs made completely from electricity, the fang shaped electrical energy sped towards Rapidash, careful not to have Hissy get too close.

"Another Sludge Wave!" This time, Sludge roared through the holes, it blew upwards through the holes, the battlefield was now unseeable due to poison.

Julius's Arbok managed to survive Rapidash's massive Fire Blast attack using Psychic. Then, Arbok created an enormous blob of sludge, which she then proceeded to shoot at Rapidash. Rapidash's entire body was now surrounded by fire, due to the last Fire Blast that had struck his body, increasing his power. "Now Rapidash! Plummet toward the ground straight through the sludge!'' Ai called to Rapidash. Rapidash did as Ai said, and hurtled out of the air, coated in flames. It looked like a huge ball of fire had been dropped from the sky. Rapidash dove straight through the blob of poison, and the flames surrounding his body protected him from the toxin. Arbok then created large fangs of electricity while twirling in the air, aiming to bite Rapidash. "Counter with Mega Horn!" Ai yelled. Rapidash used Mega Horn to parry Arbok's attack. Its horn grew, slashing through the large set of fangs. Arbok then tried to use another Sludge Wave at the last minute to obscure the field, however Rapidash's previous Fire Blast attacks had set the field on fire, and the flames incinerated the toxic substance. Arbok was still in the air, and now Ai decided it was time for Rapidash to finish this, once and for all. "Now collide with Arbok head on! Flare Blitz!" Rapidash shot toward Arbok with blinding speed, and the flames around his body grew, and were shaped into a giant flaming horse. This was Rapidash's most powerful move, and not even Psychic could stop its incredible force.

thats a good point. And since you did not use any PP HP items before hand you should have only used it 5 times....so you basically all of your fire blast attacks that you went over on did not happen O.O

Thundering Bite of the Venom Dragon!" Without alarm, electricity was scattered throughout the blob, which had now turned into a raging twister of poison.

Iv had too many battles lately where all people want to do is see who can use the most powerful move, and then that determines the winner. I hope I get to fight pool. Because I think he fights a whole lot differently.

As Rapidash shot toward Julius's Arbok, it suddenly whipped up a powerful twister created by combining Thunder Fang and Sludge Wave. How is that possible? Ai thought, stunned. There was no way for Rapidash to avoid the attack, the range was too wide. At this point the blaze created by Rapidash's earlier Fire Blast attacks would only increase the size of the tornado. If the fire cant extinguish that toxin, the smoke from the flames will only make the poisonous gas expand. At this rate, both Rapidash and Arbok will be caught up in it! Ai realized as the massive cyclone was about to collide with Rapidash.

Rapidash ran straight into the blaze. The flames on Rapidash's body made the entire poisonous whirlwind explode, and Rapidash collapsed to the ground. "Rapidash!" Ai yelled. Rapidash was able to hear Ai's call, and struggled back onto it's feet. His entire body was still flaming a little, although the flames weren't nearly as powerful as they had been. Ai had no idea what had happened to Julius's Arbok. The smoke that covered the field was too thick for her to get a clear view of her opponent. But she figured that Arbok had gotten caught up in the blast as well when the scorching flames from Rapidash's Flare Blitz had exploded and consumed the stage. She knew that there was no way Arbok could have escaped back underground. The tunnels were still engulfed in fire as well.

"Rapidash, use Morning Sun!" Rapidash began to glow, drawing in power from the burning stage, allowing him to recover his energy. The flames around his body ignited, and again his body was ablaze. He was back at full strength, and Ai figured that if Julius's Arbok had survived, the chances of it still being strong enough to take on Rapidash at full health were very unlikely.

"Okay then, Ginger!" The Vileplume appeared and did a little twirl before getting serious. "Dance!" The cannon released several pink petals that intending to act as a whirlwind around Lucario and trap it in a petal whirlwind, while taking damage.

'Lets see how you react to this.'

Are you ready, Lucario? Ai communicated with Lucario telepathically. Ready. Lets go. He replied. Julius's Vileplume used Petal Dance, releasing a whirlwind of leaves to attack Lucario. "Use Me First!" Ai told her partner. Lucario unleashed his own Petal Dance attack, and the two moves clashed, cancelling each other out. "Now use Quick attack, and run around Vileplume! Then follow up with an Aura Sphere!" Ai said. Lucario increased his speed with Quick Attack, making circles around Julius's Vileplume so that it would have no way of figuring out from which way Lucario would make his attack. "Now fire!" Ai yelled. Lucario then unleashed a powerful Aura Sphere, directed at Viluplume. Ai hoped Vileplume wouldnt be fast enough to respond.

"Okay, jump into the air and use Solarbeam!" Ginger rose into the air, with the help of Petal Dance and some jumping power. The sunny weather and the petals floating around helped the Solarbeam get setup up faster than usual and fired it at Lucario, the move had a wide range as well. Ginger now floated back down.

"Quick attack! Dodge it!" Ai told Lucario as Vileplume released another Petal Dance attack. Lucario just managed to evade the swarm of leaves, as Vileplume dodged the Aura Sphere, jumping into the air and using Solar Beam. "Detect!" Ai called out. Despite the Solar Beam's wide range, Lucario managed to avoid it by inches. "Now use another Aura Sphere!" Ai ordered. Lucario launched another Aura Sphere from below Vileplume as it floated back toward the ground.

"Seed Bomb!" Vileplume launched several seeds which collided with the Sphere and cancelled each out, then, Vileplume aimed towards Lucario launched seeds like a gun which explode on contact. After firing enough, Ginger directed the seeds toward the ground in front of Lucario and it exploded as smoke rose, obscuring their view.

"Sludge Bomb!" Ginger fired a wave of poison in the dense mist.
