Since we have all seen a little bit of both Kakashi and Jiraiya's past, should there be another series that looks into how these heroes, and others for that fact, became the people who we now know.please, send some ideas.:D

Well, Kakashi and Jiraiya Gaidens kind of were the prequel. I don't think we're going to get a series or anything.

If there was a series that showed the Akatsuki being created and showed each member joining, that would be awesome.
(I know we have seen how Deidara joined the Akatsuki, but I think he is the only one)

If there were a prequel I would want it to mainly be about the three sanin.

If there were to be a prequel, there would have to be more than one. Maybe delving into the Akatsuki's founding, how current and previous members found it, yada yada yada. Maybe Kushina Uzumaki's past, or...uh...OOH! Maybe a prequel on the SAGE OF THE SIX PATHS! Oh my god! Ten Tails ftw!

Well, this is an interesting idea, but unless Kishi was actually heading it, it would turn out badly, as most of the storylines that weren't in the manga do.
