From the list, I'd have to go with the Uchiha, simply because of the numbers. Hashirama is good(as well as Tobirama) but having 2 against 8 or so is a bit lobsided.

Otherwise, I'd have to say that if more Senju members were listed, then I'd pick the Senju clan. Hashirama was able to take on Madara and the 9 Tailed Fox and still win, and Tobirama was an excellent Water Shinobi that trained the Third. I'm sure that the Senju had some power up there sleeve... but for now, that's something to put up in the air.

Current Madara could roflstomp the entire Senju Clan, including the 1st.

Though I see it as unfair, if you gave the 1st 120 years to train, he'd surpass Madara to extreme limits.

Yeah, it has happened. It's just that everyone's choosing Uchiha because of numbers rather than comparing abilities. But I just like to compare abilities because it's more fun than letting numbers decide :/

I don't know who would win. Hashirama Senju did defeat Madara, but he is the only one we know of, besides Yamato, who can use Wood Style, which is what makes him so strong. Unlike the Senju clan's one superpower, just about every Uchiha has Sharingan. That could make all the difference.

Shisui doesn't need to look at his target to control them, so he could probably beat Madara through his mind hax. Meaning he could mind hax Hashirama to attack the rest of Senju, and the Senju can't take attacks from Hashirama, Madara, Itachi, and Sasuke all at once.

The Senju (not including Tsunade) let the Uchiha clan become the police of Konohagakure because they were worried the Uchihas' thirst for power wouldn't be quenched.The Uchiha were discriminated against for their power and feared, which led to hate directed towards them. The Sharingan wielders weren't considered for Hokage of Konohagakure by the council of elders because their strength was overpowering. The Senju kept the Uchiha on a tight leash, afraid to let go and this caused the Uchihas to plan a coup d'etat over the years of being constrained and they would have succeeded if one of their own hadn't turned on them and killed them all, with the exception of two. The Uchiha. I doubt, naruto is a senju. And I think we're talking about these clans at full power. Thought, the Senju seem to be strong, they had no exceptional abilities (-hashirama). They only seem to be a normal, but seemingly very powerful, clan. Almost every uchiha, has a sharingan, several have the mangekyo, and the uchiha are skilled with almost every jutsu and ninja art. On top of that, they can copy any jutsu they see.
