Does that Justify sucking out the Planets Energy nearly destroying it?
Using this Energy to create superwarriors?
Creating Deepground and sealing them away for more than 3 Decades.
Creating Sephiroth who nearly destroyed the World.

They didnt know fully they were killing the planet.
Not as bad as creating a virus that kills humans and makes these humans kill other humans. At least these supersoldiers still had souls.
Deepground wasnt that big an issue. And they escalated to something diffferent on their own.
When they made sephiroth they didnt plan on killing the world. They didnt plan on ending all life. They made sephiroth simply to be a strong soldier.
Maybe Hojo did, but he doesnt symbolize all of Shinra.

All in all, Shinra wasn't kill PEOPLE. They were killing the planet like Americans are doing today. So I wouldn't really call it corrupt for Shinra even though in fact it indefinitely is. Umbrella is in fact the winner because they like zombies, and they got what they wanted.
