It will come down to what kind of effect Chibaku Tensai has on Tobi/Madara. If Tobi's intangablity lets him survive that attack, then he wins. Or Tobi/Madara just teleports away from the battle. Madara hasn't really shown any offensive ablities so far. But i'm sure he has some sort of powerful, offensive attack.

Umm maybe Itachi Uchiha? I don't know, its hard for me to choice on this one since all the fighters are REALLY good. It would come down to... (For me) ...Itachi Uchiha, 3rd Hokage (Sarutobi), Tobi (Madara), Pain, and 1st Hokage.

Add on that Kishi confirmed that Nagato can use any and all of any pains powers, he sits and takes everything, then owns everyone.

If 3rd Hokage was in his young age and prime, and if Itachi was at his full potential without disease I would say one of those two. While Pain is powerful, Itachi would be able to counter anything he tossed at him, Susanoo would protect him from Chibaku Tensei and would seal anyone who came near him.
