What we know about Sage of Six Paths : The Sage was said to have been the only shinobi to have mastered the Rinnengan. He is revered as one of the most legendary figures in the Naruto universe, and is likely the strongest ninja that ever existed. He was so powerful that he created the moon using Chikabu Tensei. Even Nagato stated that his power paled in comparison to that of the Sage.people.The Sage developed the first jutsu capable of sealing a tailed beast inside a human body, making himself the first Jinchūriki in history. Having the jubi's power contained inside him, the Sage developed immeasurable power that far surpassed all of his peers. Even on his deathbed, he was able to employ Chikabu Teansei on a massive scale and use that chakra to create the moon and seal away the body of the Ten-Tailed Beast within, a clear testament to his incredible power.

Not even remotely close. Rikudou Sennin would be immune to his Sharingan since Sharingan<Rinnegan, especially Rikudou's. Mind control wouldn't work, and neither would any Genjutsu. Add in that he has the Juubi inside him to cancel out any Genjutsu like effects Danzo tries to use and Danzo is likely useless against him.

Rikudou could easily take this. When he was dying he still had enough power to remove the Juubi, use CT, and seal the Juubi inside of it, creating the moon. It's likely his power was multiple levels stronger when he was a Jinchuriki and not dying. by powerscaling he could make a CT easily larger than the moon in his prime. I'd say he could destroy entire countries with a single move at full strength. That would easily allow him to wipe out any single opponent with ease. Add in that he was the creator or Jutsu and chakra control and it would make sense that he knew pretty much every Jutsu that isn't a KG or custom made (like Rasengan). In a one on one, Rikudou stomps. One on an entire country, Rikudou stomps. One on the world, Rikudou has to take a nap at some point, and then stomps.
