I don't think that would work at all. Karin hates Suigetsu. I don't think theres any secret crush thing going on like the one she has on Sasuke. Even though it's not a secret. xD
Suigetsu is also really annoyed by Karin. When she tried to get Suigetsu out of the way he gets angry and he's always trying to foil her 'Seduce Sasuke' plans. I don't think it's because he's jelous of Sasuke either. He didn't want to work with her in the first place and he's tried to get rid of her a few times saying that she can go her own way like she said she was going to.

I like the pairing, but it probably won't happen. They're both too old for that school/girl/boy crush in which hating each other actually means they like each other. Plain and simple. They hate each other, no loopholes. Suigetsu gets in the way of her "seduction" attempts on Sasuke just to cause trouble. It doesn't mean that he likes her, and she likes Sasuke.

He would probably prefer it if she was killed, and she feels the same about him. They just happen to be on the same team together because Sasuke did away with their master.
