I don't think Sasuke will get with a girl. Yeah he said he was going to revive the clan, but he might not live to do that, and maybe he has some sort of jutsu that will let him revive it... xD

However, I think the 3 kunoichi with the best chances of getting him are Sakura, Ino, and Karin.

Out of those, I would like Sasuke to end up with Ino, but Kishimoto would have to work hard to make that happen because of their lack of development and Sasuke's current situation. It's likely that Ino still loves Sasuke because of the events in Chapter 459, but the problem is with Sasuke returning that love, which probably won't happen.

Sakura's feelings for Sasuke are changing right now. She still loves him, but she's starting to love Naruto as well. I don't think it would work out since she wants to kill him and he's turned into a criminal. Also, Sasuke could've killed her in the reunion twice.

Karin's feelings for Sasuke are maturing, but Sasuke treats her like a tool and sometimes he's acted like a jerk to her. He also rejected her advances.

I know Sasuke will end up with Sakura because she is the most desperate. She will probably tell him if he comes back she loves him and they will be together. But she has the most chances. I think it will either be Sakura or noone else end of story. But if something should happen to Sakura then Ino's got this one wrapped up.
