Then you fight us either me or Makoto or a senior member to test your power level and assign you a class. Which are on of these.

Me and Makoto&ampyura are true saiyans at the top. We are the leaders of this FC, if you go against us or step out of line then we'll take you down a peg. We try to promote good clean fighting. And have fun. These are the ranks and power levels. Your power level varies from which class you are in. Each fight you get into, your power level is raised. Eventually you get to move up in the ranks. I don't want any godmodding, if your rank is a Saiyan Elite, you obviously can't go super saiyan.

(you can choose to be ascended but which is equal to ssj2, but speed goes down)

Surpass the limits/Kaioken 18000-22000
King of the saiyans/ king vegeta or bardock10000-18000
Saiyan Elite/Nappa 5000-1000
Second class warrior 4000-5000
Low class warrior/raditz 1,200-4000
Trash 1,200-1

Also, you are allowed to go into Ozaru mode or Great Ape mode. However, if your tail is cut off, it goes for a week before it comes back.

Powers: I'll try to be creative as I can here: Ki blasts, Shin-da-ken(Fist of the Dead), Uchū-Ken(Fist of the Universe), Oozaru transformation, Irropoi-Ho, Buku-jutsu.
Appearance: Black, laid back hair. Typical Saiya-jin formal wear. Deep black eyes. Roundish, forming muscles.
Bio: A Saiya-jin, sent to a weak planet at birth before the destruction of Planet Vegeta by the meteor(Or...well, Freeza). After figuring out what truly happened from several sources, he attempted to murder Freeza, only to fail. Now, after his defeat by the Super Saiya-jin, Kakarotto, he strives to be stronger and to defeat the one who cost him vengeance.

This is my advice, have ranks, but NEVER, EVER have anything to do with "Power levels". This'll cause billions of arguments.
Plus, the correct term is ,"Battle Power". Also, adult Saiya-jin's tails that are cut of never grow back. They grow back up to the point of adulthood, if cut off.
