Kakashi vs Orochimaru

I remember in the old Naruto when Kakashi came face to face with Orochimaru and said "One of us will die here", so who would win if they really when at it.

Fight 1: Location: Where Naruto 4 tails faced Orchimaru in Shippuden.
Kakashi can not use MS.


Fight 2:Location: Where Naruto 4 tails faced Orchimaru in Shippuden.
Orchimaru cant have boss summons.

Fight 3:Location: Where Naruto 4 tails faced Orchimaru in Shippuden
No MS and NO Boss Summons.


So who wins they both have alot of jutsu because Kakashi is Copy Ninja and Orochimaru is a freak who studies all jutsu. :?:

Even if they were all banned, his basic

snake jutsus could over-power Kakashi

Lightning Blade won't do crap, Boss summons would kill him before he could get one in. In fact, Boss Summons and Hydra would kill him before he could use most any of his jutsu, including Kamui which takes massive prep. Orochimaru can defeat the weak Genjutsu that Kakashi has. I just don't see Kakashi getting around Hydra or Manda at all.

I added a 3 fight sense both 2 fights were easy winner pick now no MS and NO boss summon.

Fight one: Boss summons win
Fight two: MS, dosent he need to keep focus on his opponent to use it? So if its true, wouldnt Rashomon make it useless to use? Kakashi cant afford to get in close thanks to orochi's skills with the sword and how many more ways he can beat kakashi up close in comparison to kakashi beating him.
Fight 3: Without MS, its sea of snakes and such... Orochimaru would beat out Kakashi in a straight out fight, so its pretty one sided imo thanks to chakra seal and orochi beaing able to tank any genjutsu kakashi has. Also count in Orochimaru knows a lot of sharingan's tricks thanks to going after sasuke and itachi so its not like he wont know whats coming.

1. Boss summons rape.
2. Hydra, Sea of Snakes, Rashamon, uber tankage ability, Kusenagi Sword, and Oral Rebirth rape.
3. Kakashi literally has nothing even worth mentioning that could pose a threat to Orochimaru, and see number two for reasons Orochimaru stomps.
