Kakuzu vs. Orochimaru, Kabuto

Kakuzu has all 5 hearts.
Who wins? and Why?

Orochimaru and Kabuto are like the perfect combo. They can fight pretty good together and they have been together for a long time. So I THINK they win. Since they have prep. time of 10 mins. Orochimaru could use that jutsu where he brings dead people back to life. So he would probably bring back to life some strong shinobi or he could bring a whole army of shinobi to overwhelm Kakuzu. That might just take out Kakuzu, or IF it takes longer he could summon Manda or use the Kusanagi.

On the note, orochimaru and kabuto probably win.
Aside from boss summons beating heart beasts, kabuto can heal orochimaru. If he does get enough time to prep Edo, he'll bring back the two hokages and possibly the third and fourth as well. This would bring it to an end...

Orochimaru needs to sacrifice a living person to provide a vessel for the dead person.
The dead body is encased to ashes and dirt to resemble the ody resurrected.
Followed by that the Coffins appear with the seal.

Would Orochimaru sacrifice Kabuto or would Kabuto be willing to do that?
Doubt it.

I'd say Oro and Kabuto. The two of them are both massive tanks, and Chakra Dissection Blade could get around Iron Skin with ease. Massive summoning spam in the ten minutes prep time would occupy the mask beasts long enough for the two of them to take Kakuzu himself. Kusenagi Sword could also gegt around Iron Skin, or at least injure Kakuzu to the point where he can't move or use the Jutsu. Both Kabuto and Orochimaru have been shown to take massive damage at times and be able to still stand up and fight, so healing probably wouldn't be necessary. However, Kabuto cell regens himself while healing Orochimaru, so it wouldn't take much time for them to be back at 100% after taking some damage. Overall, Orochimaru and Kabuto have this one in the bag.

He really doesn't even need to with Kabuto around. He can tank pretty much everything Kakuzu's got and have Kabuto heal him from behind Manda or something. Oral Rebirth would be a waste of chakra in a case like this. Oro's chakra would be put to better use spamming sea of snakes or something.

Team Oro/Kabuto have much more in their favor, since they can do better with prep and Kabuto can heal Oro.

Oro and Kabuto stomp. Reanimation allows Orochi to Summon up Hashirama,Tobirama and other Legendary Ninja back from the Grave. Orochi,Hashirama and Tobirama stomp Kakuzu. Kabuto doesnt need to fight.He will probably take a minor role of watching and healing Orochi if necessary. He can also use Dead Soul Jutsu if he has to to bring back a Ninja to fight for him.

Orochimaru could potentially solo this, he can keep up with kakuzu and has multiple jutsu to kill Kakuzu, he has Hydra, white snake, boss summons, Kusanagi, etc. The dude is also really durable.

Adding Kabuto in makes a definite win, kabuto can distract Kakuzu so Orochimaru can land a deadly hit, or possibly heal Oro's wounds.
