Tbh Im gonna give this one to the girls. Jiraiyas speed and Jutsu outclass any of Tsunade or Meis , but as Long as Tsunade can keep Jiraiya busy, Acid Mist may be able to kill him. I mean- he hasnt shown anything which can stop it. Its unknown if Mei can direct where her Mist goes, however if it does happen to hit Tsunade,she can use MR to heal the damage back until Acid Mist kills Jiraiya.

Yeh because Jiraiya is instantly gonna Summon three Boss Summons and use Dark Swamp at the start of battle :L Besides, even if he did do that,Mei could easily activate Acid Mist before Jiraiya Summons anything, and with Tsunade attacking him,he ont be able to reach Mei fast enough.

Powerscaling puts the Mizukage well within Jiraiya's level, and even her feats(participating in a mass-curbstomping of Author Pet Sasuke puts her above 90% of the Narutoverse) are decent.

Tsunade's presence would only serve to divert Jiraiya's attention for the three seconds it would take to kill her.
