How fast is Xanxux? I'm pretty sure Axel could simply blitz him with the chakrams from behind.

Xanxus is Hypersonic+, meaning he's faster than Axel.

Really? Never thought he was that fast. In that case, though I hate to say it, Xanxus. He could probably just sprint behind Axel and BOOM, headshot with giant explosion of fiery death. That's just my opinion though.
