Suigetsu's....Fish Tank?

Ok, after the fight with Killer Bee, Taka rests in the rundown...building thing.
And Suigetsu had been jelly before, but in the rundown building thingy he has a fish tank to relax in and he looks like a mermaid. :|

How the heck did he get that? :| It seems really lucky that a rundown building thing would have such a spacious and working fish tank.
Coincidence? I think NOT! :D

Personally, I think Karin built it. She was the warden of Orochimaru's base, and Suigetsu even said that she had messed with him before.
So Karin's smarter than usual! :D
