Human Path was on the similar tier of speed of SM Jiraiya. It also blitzed/ambushed past the Anbu Captain that was guarding Ino, Inoichi, and Shizune. Maybe Kakashi won't get blitzed thanks to Sharingan and reaction speed but I believe Human Path in many faster in some good margin. That will makes some difference.
