What if Orochimaru was not evil?

What would happen if Orochimaru joined forces with the Leaf?

Hiruzen would still be alive, Kimimaro would've been a sad and lonely child who died of loneliness, Sasuke would've never left the village since Orochimaru would've never given him the offer, said not leaving resulting in no Shippuden, Naruto possibly getting captured by the Akatsuki because he wasn't training for three years, Team Hawk would never have formed, and Pain may not have destroyed the Leaf Village since Orochimaru and Sasuke (two major hax guys) would still be there. Deidara might not be dead, and the fight between Sasuke and Raikage would no longer exist. Hayate Gekko would likely still be alive. Anko no longer has a curse mark. And that isn't even half of the things that would change. These are IMO the six main protagonists/antagonists:

Naruto Uzumaki
Sasuke Uchiha
Sakura Haruno
Orochimaru
Danzo
Madara Uchiha

If you alter any of these six people in any way the story will change drastically.

The only thing I really thought of was that Sasuke wouldn't be evil and the 3rd Hokage wouldn't of died.
