Kakashi's Mangekyo Sharingan

I was wondering
how come Kakashi stated that he can use his Mangekyo Sharingan to teleport things to another dimension
yet when he used this ability on Deidara's arm, he affectingly ripped it off, yet Deidara was able to relocate his arm?

yeah but i think he meant that he just can't control its location very well but that dosen't explain why Diedara's arm is still in their dimension

i think what it does is it sends it thru a wormhole that leads thru another dimension and opens back in the same dimension in a diffrent area

Didn't you know? Kakashi DID sent part of Deidara's hand in another dimension,but Kakuzu sew a flesh replicement on Deidara's hand. On both hands actually.

No, I don't think that is true. As someone else above said, Deidara got entirely new arms. Kakazu and his magic string sewed someone elses arms onto Deidara.

ohh wow I just realized you are probably right
because when Kakashi used the ability
he only teleported PART of Deidara's arm and the rest of the arm and hand fell of
so Kakuzu reattached that part to his arm and used some replacement flesh

No, I don't think that is true. As someone else above said, Deidara got entirely new arms. Kakazu and his magic string sewed someone elses arms onto Deidara.
actually they WERE deidaras arms but they were missing a few pieces and those got replaced
