Shizune acts up when she gets worried whenever Tsunade makes a stupid move. Is Shizune a sissy or not?

Since you just said whenever Tsunade makes a 'stupid' move, it makes perfect sense for Shizune to be worried about her master's well being/political / finacial standing. :p

And where would Tsunade be without down-to-earth Shizune to keep her in line?

Waking up drunk in a casino somewhere, broke, and knocked up. :|

She needs Shizune. :D Shizune's her foil and the only reason she gets anything done. :D

Shizune just worries about people. It doesn't make her a sissy, it just makes her a careing person.

I second both of these. I think Shizune is very sweet and kind. She is also smart; it looked like she figured out the secret of Pain, which is why he felt that he had to silence her by killing her. I was SO happy that she came back to life! :D

How is encouraging Tsunade to attack Orochimaru & Kabuto with her, or threatening to fight Tsunade herself, or attacking Kabuto even when Tsunade said to 'calm down' having a sissy attitude? :|

Shizune's actually quite fierce. She is concerned about Tsunade's well being / finacial / political staning as well, though, even when she threatened to fight her. I think her concern is why you think that, but it's untrue.

She isn't a sissy at all.

Shizune is Tsunade's financial and political assistant. If she wasn't with Tsunade from the start, I would imagine Tsunade living on the streets.
