IDK, cause normally I'd say yes, but considering this is Naruto, fights aren't always as simple as one guy is stronger than another, so he wins for sure. I mean Choji managed to beat that other fatty in Sasuke retrieval Arc, and Neji beat spider guy when clearly they had the disadvantage.

I guess in just a pure strength, Naruto could win with SM, but Jiraiya would have more experience, probably be smarter, he might be able to hide or something, make Naruto waste energy or something. Also I forget if SM requires Toads, if so then isn't there a problem like they can't both be SM at the same time? I'm not sure on that cause I haven't read on SM enough.

As of Orochimaru vs Minato, the 4th likely has the advantage, and probalby could win, but its important to consider that Orochimaru might be able to outlast him. Like if Orochimaru could hold his own for a while, then he might be able to just keep survivng through his bodies. Or he might use that forbidden summon the dead jutsu and bring back the 3rd or something like that. Just saying there's a lot more to consider than pure strength and this is clear all throughout Naruto.
