Ya know, I just realized, in the first three tails he gets he is DEATH FAST! Later, when he gets to 4 tails, he has only normal speed, it seems, and his energy is all converted into power.

I can't tell if this is good or bad

its works on priorityif he goes more tail s he probably needs more power so he gets it

Naruto actually has increased speed, especially in 6 tails when he almost bypassed Deva path's reaction speed.

Speed? Perhaps that's because he didn't like to move a lot in his encounter with Orochimaru, idk since I didn't pay much attention to that fight.

Also, Naruto's speed does increase, look at 6 tails who was able to keep up with Deva path who dodged a Rasenshuriken at point blank range.

I agree with this ^^ I just don't think he wanted to move that much during that fight with Oro. I also think he gets faster as more tails are released, I believe it was proven during the fight with Pain.
