As for who will win, I think it would be Tobi who has shown a superior teleporting jutsu.

No One, i havent seen much of tobi jutsu and such just that he can teleport and teleport people i think Minato with be teleported to another dimension and he will just teleport back so its pretty unknown to me.

I'm not sure. Tobi would be able to teleport or go intangible when Minato attacks. However, iMinato's speed could let him dodge Tobi's attacks. We haven't seen Tobi fight enough to really say for sure.

If these 2 Shinobi fought it out...Tobi (Madara) would win the fight for sure, for having superior abilities compared to Minato (4th Hokage).

Now...who would I want to win for real in my heart? I would want Minato to win just because I think he's cooler (In my opinion) and I like his character more then Tobi. ^_^
