I'd be either Kenpachi (because he has the most fun out of them all) or Gin. Those two are the most interesting (personality wise) to me. They also kick ass, which helps when dealing with those pesky Hollow/ Arrancar/ Rogue Shinobi/ Zanpaktou/ Bounts/ whatever other people Soul Reapers go up against.
