ok i checked on my dish network guide and it looks like Disney got the episode title wrong cuz it says(on my dish network guide) the jinchuriki's tears official US airdate 12/9/09 so there will be a new ep tommorow

They DID get the tittle wrong, on the website and on my TV because it doesn't make sense later this week they are showing a marathon of all the episodes and it goes from episode 1-8, and where 9 is suppose to be it says "the jinchruinki of the sand" which is episode 4 which means they got it wrong.

Actually "The Jinchuriki's Tears" is the right name for the episode that should be airing tonight.

He means the Disney XD website is wrong because it says episode 4 will be on tonight instead of episode 9

I missed the original thinking it'd show episode 4, but was able to catch it on the re-run marathon last night. I hate it. Why they'd spell or give the episode name wrong and make viewers think that there is no new episode.
