Yes, I highly agree. She's been snubbed in shippuden, and Kishimoto even says he likes her design of all the kunoichi, so she's probably going to get more time as the series continues.
Or at least I hope so. :|

I think she should definently learn more than just how to throw a wepon (sp?)
if she came up with something better, like a new jusu or something then she may get more screen time, but right now she gets so little she may a well not exist! I think it is ridiculus.
