I agree with you that it's been a long wait.


However, the 1-disc volumes have been coming out since the beginning. If you want the giant Box Set volumes, you'll have to wait until January, I believe. So, I'm definitely hoping for a televised shippuden to tide me over that period.:lol:

Dubbed means that the Japanese voices have been replaced and 'dubbed' over with English ones.

Just search Naruto Shippuden on iTune store and its there, you'll know it when you see it. and its only on the US store.

I just watched dubbed episode 1 it was so great and they were causing too! naruto saidWhere the hell are you sasuke!! All in all it was a good episode i skipped alot of parts because i did not want to spoil the dvd. Ph yeah today is the day they annouce it on tv WOOT!

The panel isn't over yet, is it? It is at 10:30-11:30 PST (1:30-2:30 EST), so still 30 minutes left. Also, they have their Anime and Manga panel at 3:00-4:00 PST (6:00-7:00 EST), so news may come out then. May have my times screwy though. Hopefully there will be news though :D !

From reading the description of the panels, the 10:30 panel looks to be about the Shonen Jump magazine and talking with Stan Lee who has collaborated with Hiroyuki Takei on a manga that will appear in Shonen Jump.

The 3:00 panel will be discussion their anime/manga titles and news and acquisitions. I think Naruto anime news may come out of this panel, but I could see it coming from the earlier one as well. *fingers crossed* either way.

Oh, and Central Time is 2 hours ahead of Pacific Time (11:00 AM PST=1:00 PM Central), Greenwich Mean Time is 8 hours ahead (11:00 AM PST=7:00PM GMT)

Whelp, apparently no news from the panel. From a post on AoD.com, they announced a couple of manga acquisitions (Bakuman and Toriko) and that was about it. Someone asked about Shippuden on TV and the response was not at this time. (post from Lelouch Lamprouge on AoD.com)

don't know about anime fest but they go to both comic cons. I think it does have a tv deal because they said they don't know "when it will air" not if.

Because like me some people don't have the money to buy $20 dvd's for just 4 episodes and also that would mean more waiting. So what do you expect people to do when what they have been waiting for 5 months for is right in front of them and not to mention free. I doubt they will rlease 100 episode on iTunes in one go, probally do it in Volumes like the DVDs are. so its be around $8 per volume roughly if u bought the episode 1 at a time.

I remeber someone saying the PR director of Viz said that Naruto has a T.V block but seeing as American TV work with new shows being started in the fall then i guess you'll be waiting atleast a months or two until it starts, but i think Viz will announce where and when a couple of weeks before it arrives perhaps, seems resonable.

Thats illegal! don't mention illegal streaming sites here....and btw the next eps come out early October i think......a week or 2 before the DVD release of the eps so no one can get 5-8 yet....and if you don't want naruto to go on a 7 month long hiatus again you should buy the episodes....and if you dont live in u.s do what i did and buy a region free dvd player and wait for the DVD's to be released.

I hope nearer septemeber when american TV starts to air new programmes, Viz say somthing about Shippuden being aired, be silly to say now and then it changes, nearer the time there less danger of it changing as the TV block is already set and is very hard to change and re-fiull with somthing :) So This summer is a relaxing time and re wtahxing the current four episodes over and over and over and over again! well thats what im doing :P

i DO know the voices from Naruto Ultimate Ninja 4
whihc besides Sakura, Naruto, etc. the new Akatsuki Deidara and Sasori's voices have been heard so they may be in the anime. although i was looking forward to Quinton Flynn as Deidara but...the guy in the game sounded nice too ^^
and i was kinda worried how Sasori would sound buit they did a nice job, Chiyo and Ebizo were great too and older Naruto doesnt sound like older Satoshi(ash ketchum) -_-

I have been waiting for "Naruto Shippuden" for 2 years!!! ever since i saw the first episode on youtube. And I am becoming very worried if they will even put it on TV. It might just turn out like "Kyle XY" or "Inuyasha"( two shows I know of that stoped before the ending!:()All I'm saying is that don't be dissaponited if it never airs. The viewers of Cartoon Network WANT ANSWERS! We DEMAND to know why you continue to eliminate cartoons and REPLACE them with reality shows!

You called them stupid in the opening run, and without reason. Then you go on to rant about how you enjoyed alot of shows they had, but forget to give any reason as to why.

They're not going to respond to this in any real way because you just ranted at them and called them stupid. If you really want a constructive response from them, you need to take the time to write them a constructive letter first :lol:.

They talked about...tampons...on that...show? Seriously, WHAT KIND OF WORLD DO WE LIVE IN THESE DAYS?! Like children are going to want to watch a channel that has such inappropriate things(unless they're perverted). Let alone their parents will even let them watch it. I really do miss the good shows that they got rid of(and replaced with crap). I never even watch cartoon network anymore.

I cant wait for the dubbed to be released, I've heard from a lot of sources that there will be a dubbed but I really hope that there is a release date soon. And i agree that naruto and bleach both have very good voiceovers and it is hard to tell it is dubbed.

Adults do watch and enjoy anime, I am 38 and I love many anime shows. I watch most of them with my teenagers. I started watching some of the shows before my kids did!

It's funny when I see everyone mad that Naruto isn't on Cartoonnetwork anymore,because I'm a Canadian and we don't have Cartoonnetwork...But you know what... we do have YTV which has Naruto thats why Canadians aren't complaining and I hope YTV will have shippuden.

Because of the way US tv works, if it has a TV blcok which the PR woman, forget her name, said it has hey can't make an ofical announcement until it get nearer the time, as new shows start to air in sept-Oct time if they tell us now and then the deal falls thru it would anger people so best to wait maybe2 weeks before as then they can't drop it as the spot s hard to fill on short notice.
