Welcome to Miss Naruto 2009! Today is the day that you all were waiting for!
Let me tell you how the contest works:

There gonna be 14 rounds
13 of them gonna theme rounds and the 14th one (Grand final one)gonna be Q/A round.
Every Monday gonna be theme round day
Every Saturday gonna be elimination day
I'll give you a theme and you have to find a picture of an anime girl on that theme and post it
The lowest score contestant will be eliminated

There's gonna be a audience poll in the last, in there our audience will decided who's gonna be Miss Naruto 2009 from the Grand 2 contestants

Hope you understood the systems, if you still have a prob then don't afraid to pm and ask me, I'll be glad to help you :)

Rules:

No fighting
I'm the judge and the host,whatever decision I'll make will be fair so don't be a naggy or a cry baby
Use spoiler before posting the pic
Keep it clean
Have fun ^^
Bribery is so not allowed here (Thanks for the idea,Naruto xD)

Ok...The Prize time! xD

Every eliminated contest will get a bouquet each
Runner-up gonna get a necklace and a + rep
The Winner or I can say The Miss Naruto 2009 will get Tiara,+ rep, and a congrats party thread
