1) Itachi - Too me Itachi had the best control over ALL his sharingan and MS techniques..true Madara was his sensei somehow but I'm pretty sure Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Susano'o he perfected on his own.
2) Kakashi - amazing control of his sharingan and MS for a non-Uchiha and besides Kamui's just too cool.
3) Madara - EMS sounds cool and all but we haven't seen him use it yet...
4) Sasuke - pretty much all of Itachi's MS abilities so boring and besides all of his MS were just handed to him.:roll:

Wait, while I agree Kakashi isn't an Uchiha and so doesn't have a kekkei genkai he got MS BEFORE Sasuke so his skills with the sharingan are probably better than a lot of "Uchihas"...besides the thread doesn't ask for your favorite Uchiha, it asks who your favorite "sharingan user" is. ;)
