Yup naruto chapter 440 is when he meets his dad if you want to know how it happens read the spoiler What happens is that when naruto was fighting Pain and when Pain almost killed Hinata naruto went 6 tails and then it showed naruto inside himself and he then turned 8 tails and when he was about to remove the seal from the gates that contained the fox Minato showed up and stopped Naruto and he told Naruto that he was his dad and he also told him not to rely on the foxes power so naruto didn't remove the seal. And he also told him that he would appear inside naruto once he turned 8 tails.
