Wow I would go with Nagato just cause I like him better.... Sorry can't make a very good debate on this one.

Madara hasn't shown enough, but since he CAN warp out and dodge just about everything that 8 people shoved at him, I think he could beat Pain too (even though the 6 bodies are stronger than most of those 8).

Yes but they've never fought. He might just follow Madara's orders because he has so much leadership experience. He helped form Konoha, and he was the 4th Mizukage. I think Pain will betray him in the end.

I know they havent fought cause Konan mentioned that Pain has never once lost a battle.

you guys are leaving a really important thing. have you gone on google? well if you havent and gone on pictures then you would know this. Pain is yahiko Konan and Nagatos teamate. when yahiko died nagato took his body snd used it as a minion then got more! Pain is not nagato. nagato is an another place in the rain village.

Anyways Madara would win unless Pain can find a way around his teleportation and intangibility.
