Samehada obey's Kisame fully.
EDIT: Arlong can use his Saw Sword.

well this is a tough one i will have to go with kisame since Samehada will obey him fully.

I'd have to go with Kisame.....In his fused form, all he'd have to do his grab Arlong and it'd drain his chakra

Note:I think everyone has chakra, so Arlong would be affected by the samehada....

Technically Kisame should be supersonic since he kept up with KB, or at least his water jutsu.

If it's on land, Kisame would probably win if he drains Arlong's energy enough.

In water, Arlong PROBABLY wins, but that'd kinda suck since Kisame would think he'd have an advantage but he wouldn't xD

I don't know, I think if Kisame creates that water bubble he'd be in fused mode...After that Arlong wouldn't know that it would drain him if Kisame hit him, so Arlong would just swim at Kisame and Kisame would just take the hit and drain Arlong dry....

Also Kisame wouldn't get hurt at all, since he was able to survive a KB8 charge by having his samehada give him chakra-aka heal him completely...

And Kisame's weapon is better than Arlongs, and Kisame would probably be faster than Arlong in the water.....

What kind of deadly hits has Arlong got....? I watched that episode of onepiece, but I forgot what happend.....

Well Nightmare's kind of slow so it's possible he loses due to speedblitz.

Of course he can screw with people's souls and minds, so if he can do that before he's attacked he might win.

well I was talking about SC 4's Nightmare, that one is fast, and he can make him self Blow up in some kind of Daemonic energy, so IDK, hey I should make the thread

Deffenitly, Kisame would destroy, if he went against madar, then he would lose. Sasuke could beat him, from the chunin exam's he fought that guy who also sucked up chakra.

A Fishman's strength is increased ten-fold underwater. Just check out how much Haachi (Who was WEAKER than Arlong) was pushing.

As for Samhedda, will it honestly have time to drain chakra if, say, Arlong bites Kisame's ;););););););) head off?

The battle on land is definitely in Kisame's favor unless he summons up a lake, but in the water I think Arlong can take him on.
