For short this fight is Ninja vs Alchemist.

Who do you think will win.
The Toad Sage
or an experienced State alchemist.

Please explain.

For me it will be Naruto Uzumaki..
Ninja is stronger than alchemist
and perhaps naruto has a Sage mode

Honestly I think Naruto would win (Even though I prefer FMA to Naruto). There's only so much you can do with alchemy without Ed breaking the human transmutation rules again.

I think Naruto would be a better match for the Homunculi.

i think naruto because i don't think ed is fast enough to defeat naruto. plus, whatever ed might use to defend, naruto could just rasengan.

Naruto stomps due to speedblitz and FRS. Even in base mode I don't see Edward getting around Shadow Clone spam.

Hmmmm, tough one. I'm going with Naruto. Knowing Ed, he probably attack up close. And if he didn't, Naruto would get him using his insane speed.
