Banned-Chibaku tensei, Chou shinra tensei.....

I wanted to see if anyone could make a good argument since the fire benders have a good advantage...

Please don't say that Dai Li Agents can sence vibrations, cause they can't....And yes, Preta can absorb bends(except probably earth)..

Avatar team wins NO DOUBT IN MY MIND. i dont know you people are thinking. Dai Lee would handle the summons. Preta can't absorb bends because they are not made of chakra. Ty lee and sparky take on human. Azula, Zuko, and Ozai can take on god realm. after dai lee are done they go after hell pain. and after the others are done they help out.

PS if you want to make one more advantage add Toph into this fight.

I'm going with Pain. One advantage they have is all there visions are linked together, so they could dodge about everything. Plus Pain can use every type of Jutsu known, so Pain would just have to use those Summons of his to win.

How on earth could the Dai Li handle the summons...?! The multi headed dogs can split up and easily take them out, not to mention what if Naraka Human and Animal get inside of the chameleon(invisible)...The Goat and the Rhino could go after the rest of the team, and the bird could take out Mai and Tylee. The Panda could block alot of attacks, and the Crustacean could cover the avatar team in foam-to disable the fire momentarly...

Deva could repulse their fire, and stab them with chakra disruption blades to paralyze them....

I know the avater team is really strong nd everything but Pain can absorb bending/ninjutsu,suck out peoples chakra,use multiple huge summons,blow stuff up with missiles and explosives and even rip peoples souls from there bodies.All the avatar team can do is shoot immense blasts of fire and lightning at them.Which can be absorbed by Preta path :/ huge explosives,multiple immense summonings coming at them all at once,suprise attacks from behind to suck out chakra or worse rip out souls are also very risky.

I say Pein definitly wins :/

Bumi mentions chakra in one episode...I guess Preta can't absorb bending, but if he grabs someone he can drain them-I mean it'd make sence....But even with that down side, Pain would win.....

Benders have chi, which is similar to chakra in that it's a system of energy in the body that is used for bending. It's not a limited supply, like chakra is, but what affects chakra in the Narutoverse should affect chi.

A thing called "Chakra" does exist in the Avatarverse, but it's more akin to the eight gates than it is to Narutoverse chakra.

pain for no matter how many fire,earth water etc. bends they throw at him he can push them all away if there all shot at once and the big pain ( i said big or fat cause i dont know the names of each pain) can just grab them all and suck out all of there energy causing them to pass out and animal path can just keep using summonings to hold them off spirit path can keep revivng the rest of the pains if one of them but not him dies and weapon pain (guy with more than one face) can use that poison tail he has and yahoko [ains gravity pull as a combination and thats what would hapen even without shinra tensei

Bumi talked about "jings" to Aang, but that was never mentioned again. Jings are how you chose to direct your energy during a fight. Aang was told about "chakras" by Guru Pathik, as a series of seven "pools of energy" along the body that are blocked by negative emotions, and if cleared allows an Avatar to control the Avatar State. "Chi" in Avatar is never delved into detail, but it's mentioned on several occasions. Most notably, the martial artist Ty Lee can disable a bender's abilities (and ability to move at all) by hitting pressure points along the body, blocking the bender's chi flow.

I thought Bumi talked about too....When Aang was trying to free him, he said that he had to be captured and asked Aang did he know about chakra's.
