I'd say Kakuzu. All he has to do is keep his distance while his elemental beasts do the dirty work by spamming the *bleep* out of KN4. And since KN4 isn't that smart, we don't know how well he can handle multiple targets.

Anyway I actually go for Kakuzu on this one, Menacing Ball takes prep time and during that time Kakuzu can just split his heart and make them surround KN4, the KN4 can only hit 1 of those hearts and when it did the rest of the hearts can just elemental spam KN4's ass.

Kakuzu stands a good chance since 4TK's best attack takes prep and Kakuzu could split up his hearts and fire an elemental blast at him before then, and Kakuzu is an analytical type while 4TK is unintelligent.
