I'd probably use them to rob banks, do major hits (killing commie leaders) and work for the C.I.A. as an undercover agent, using transformation jutsu spying and gathering data, then striking at the right moment with powerful ninjutsu.

many of the jutsu's in naruto are based on real live ninja moves the rasengan and chidori are both fighting moves (not ya know rushing attacks)
