What if a Person Had a Strong Resemblance to a Naruto Character?

Okay, so, what if a person who saw at the mall or something looked exactly like a Naruto character? Maybe not exactly, but someone who looked a lot like a Naruto character? Would you go up to him and say that he does? Or, would you keep it to yourself? I guess this poll might be kinda lame, but please answer!

1. What character they looked like.
2. How much they looked like the character.
