Yeah, I agree...I tend to like the good guys and not like the bad guys (see my signature). But yeah, I wanted Asuma and Kurenai to end up together from the very beginning. And, Mr. Kishimoto should not have had both Kurenai be pregnant and Asuma die; he should have picked one or the other. Poor Asuma, poor Kurenai, poor baby! :cry:

I think they make a great couple although it really depresses me that Asuma is dead. It's really sad to think that the baby won't know it's dad, but Kurenai can easily tell the baby that it's father was brave, strong and loyal to the village

Yeah, I like this couple. It was really sad with Asuma died. I guess from a plot point of view, his death was needed to advance the character of Shikamaru.

I love AsuKure. The fact that it is canon make it even better! I'm just sad, like most of you here, that Kurenai's child will never get to see its father. Despite Asuma's death being a way to develop Shikamaru and his team-mates, I still think it's a shame the family-to-be won't be complete.
