CP9 should probably be able to win, they have a lot of extremely fast and durable fighters.

I dunno all about the Espada, nor have I seen all the CP9 in action, but I know Akatsuki won't win.

CP9, most of the CP9 members are Hypersonic, and like more than half of the Espada aren't Hypersonic. Akatsuki wouldn't stand a chance since none of them are Hypersonic.

Espada has the flight advantage and destructive spammers. Such as C Hook said Ulquiorra and there is Starrk and Barragan hax. Also Harribel with water.

But aren't most of the power buffs besides that only in Hueco Mundo? If they aren't there then a lot of Ulqui's best feats don't apply.
