i see your point that in the bully episode he absorbed the punched but in the episode were he had to entertain the kids for mr.krabs he got people to beat him up then he came to mr.krabs's office with bumps and bruises, so he cant absorb forever

Nah sponge bob can Tank most of Patrick attacks, Patrick is too dumb to switch up his fighting style so he will get tired out
