Can't Kimblee like city bust or something?

With bombs that can do so much damage he stomps.

Kimblee is faster than Scar, and can rip a line of dead people down a city by putting his hands together. He stomps.

He can also explode buildings and such too, but humans are mainly his bombs.

I think he's a large building buster with just himself, a Multi-City Block with one Philosopher Stone, and a City Buster with two of them.

To me, he seems like one of the Top-Tiers of FMA.
