If Kisame can get get them into that bubble, than he wins.

I'd imagine that Kisame is mad fast in that bubble, and if Sasori tried to unleash his puppets than I would think they're moves would be too slow. All the puppets would be like fodder and the poison would wash away.

Kisame also could get straight to Sasori, and if he tried to heart transfer than it'd go to slow in the water that Kisame would be able to Intercept it.

Kisame wins.
