i agree, my cousin uses him all the time and i think he does it to annoy me and it's working!!!!

true it does make him very powerful but he was hokage and he did take on the kyuubi so he is obviously good so it makes sense

Exactly the reason why the 2nd is cheap. Once you get hit, you can't escape until you die... 0.o

It has to be one of the hokages from one to four, I like one and four, The first's wood techniques are incredible, and the graphics for his Final Jutsu are good too, and Minato is really good in close combat.

I'd say...Tayuya. She can hit you and she doesn't even have to turn around to hit you behind her. Also, she uses those Doki Demons in her transformed state which just make her incredibly annoying.
