I say Orochimaru kinda stomps,despite Kakuzu being uber hard to kill,Orochimaru has Summonings like Hydra or Manda which Kakuzu cant defend against,not to mention in close combat he can use reanimation jutsu or grass snake sword to take out Kakazus Necromancers.Eventually Orochi would take out all of Kakuzus hearts.

Orochimaru has hydra and giant summons which gives him the edge here.

Orochimaru is also has great endurance and durability.
I know Kakuzu does too but Orochimaru has the rebirth technique.
