Base since like you said Evolution one stomps.

He had an intangible windform? Damn, I must've forgotten some about his abilities, I only recall his Holy Sandstorm, his hair spikes, and he could reflect light to make himself invisible in the sunlight or something similar to that anyways,

Actually, turns out it was ;);););););););); there's no intangibility wind form. I just misinterpreted my memories.

Anyway, Wham seemed to be more of a warrior, and his ability seems to be better than Cars at rapidly dispersing pieces of the opponent. There battle would probably last until one of them ate the other or something.
