Naruto and Skura have never actually killed someone with thier own hands. They did however indirectly kill them but I did notice that whenever they fight someone there is always something that happens that makes them die without them doing something.

Sasori killed himself. He read Chiyo's attack and ran head on into it, he had given up on living I believe.

I think its an intentional theme from the creator. Just another way to create a line between the good and the evil.

The person is not dead if they can still walk around and think and fight. It doesnt matter if Naruto took out 2 hearts. Kakshi took out the last heart, officially killing him.

Kakuzu was dead once Naruto hit him, remember what the Old Lady said that he disinigrated his insides with that jutsu. There was no way he was ever fighting again after he was hit, yes Kakashi provided the final blow but it was over for Kakuzu long before then. No medical ninja around could repair him.

yea but the way i see it each heart represented a different life kakuzu had(from people he killed) so by naruto taking out two of his hearts he took out two of his lives. which mean he did kill 2 "people"

it doesnt matter if it was over for kakuzu, the thread is about who did naruto or sakura actually KILL, naruto defeated kakuzu but he didnt kill him.
