I don't know much about the DCverse, but I do know the Raikage can't solo an entire universe. That's why I think the DCverse would win.

I get it now. Nightmare Luffy (the user) has recently joined the forums. In every debate thread pitting a Naruto character against one from another verse, Nightmare has picked the Naruto character, despite not having good enough points to back up his pick. My guess is, he made this to see if Nightmare would say the Raikage wins.

that wasnt very nice guys... you made this especially for me... oh well. dc would win this sorry to say, but raikage could take most one on one.

and one more thing, raikage isnt my fav character and i dont like him much or anything.
