Neutral ninjas could have come by and save him. Among them could have been medics who gave him chakratite limbs. [Chakratite = Chakra conductive metal or plastic]
He could have found inner strangth opening his mangekyo sharingan and using it as a saver.
I'm not saying I agree that Obito is alive as it is highly illogical, but I am sayignt hat there are possibilities that it's true.

i think that obito is some how alive and is tobi. tobi cant be madara because that would make him like...100 years old, but tobi is about the same age as kakashi and only shows one eye which is the same side as the eye that obito has left. Also tobi has almost the same personality as obit, thier NAMES even sound alike

at the end they showed the back of tobi without his mask and i was like OMG OBITO!!!!

but i doubt that it was really true, just to build up suspense and to keep people questioning
