Storm's power over air pressure has also been used to crush powerful objects such as skrull warships. She has even created pressure (on earth) higher than that found on Jupiter. Storm can also use the weather as a weapon. She can summon lightning bolts from the sky that can be used to blind, stun, or severely burn her opponents, even to the point of death. She can also use this ability as a concussive force. Even strong enough to affect the Silver Surfer.

Dude i've watched X-men and read nearly every single comic book that I could find. I have seen her perform more then one thing at a time. plus Storm is always flying in battle, so her have a cold ball over her head wouldn't happen and as soon as she seen the boss toad she could freeze him in a second, then control the wind and create a dome of air around her while lift hurl the boss summon miles away. storm is always seen making blizzards so i'm sure she would use one lower the temperature to below 0 making it where Jiraiya can't stop shaking to perform the right hand seal or build up his chakra.

since Storm's creater stan lee gave her the power to freeze people in the blink of an eye and made her unaffected by the weather, including lightning and temperature, Jiraiya would be shaking or frozen to death while Storm is laughing at him.

Storm is a PLANETARY threat. She's a life-wiper, meaning her abilities can allow her to kill all the beings on a single planet, though not the planet itself.

Storm may not be as fast as Jiraiya is, although her reactions can allow her to dodge. She reacted to lightning, Jiraiya's nowhere near that fast.

Here are some of her abilities:

- Electricity Manipulation: Storm's most common method of offense, she can fire a real, natural lightning bolt from the sky, shoot lightning from her hands, create EMP's, manipulate and percieve electromagetic fields, screw with a peron's bio-electricity and generate electorlisis, allowing her to breathe underwater. - Wind Manipulation: Uses the wind as a powerful attack. Her control over wind is powerful enough that Storm can instantly create large tornadoes and make vacuums that suck away the air. Storm could hit him with a Lightning bolt before he could even finish saying '"Ninpou"
