Well I'm going to go with either Itachi, Kakashi or Jiraya...mostly going with Itachi as the best. Yes, I love all 3 characters so I know my opinion is biased but still ...I mean Itachi was super powerful, he had amazing control over all his techniques and I love the fact that he never underestimated an opponent which means he actually used his head in battle. Also his strategies were amazing and I think that he's one of the few shinobi I can say truly knew who he was and didn't let others manipulate him or change what he believed in. Also if you read the manga then you know he was loyal to Konoha until the very end and in the situation he was in bot many would've had the courage to remain as loyal

Top 4 best strategist and all around-clever ninja I believe. These are the 4 shinobi that still have the original skills from the beginning of the series. Never underestimate, always plan ahead, always be clever.

but i say kakashi because he can use so many jutsu, is very strong, and also has a good heart. he'd do anything to save his friends, even if it meant dying. he is truely a great ninja.

I agree that Minato's strong. He faced the 9 tails and sealed it in Naruto ^-^

But now that I think about it... Killerbee faced off Sasuke and his squad single-handedly... and he can fully utilize the power of the 8 tails...

Nagato brought back so many people to life and has been controlling many strong "Pains."

LOL I love Kakashi too but I couldn't help myself and I picked Itachi :D I mean it's hard to choose between the two because for me they're both the definition of "cool".

I would say Kakashi is the best because, almost every ninja they run into they know who Kakashi is. He knows a 1,000? jutsu. He is smart. He could and should be Hokage. Kakashi always knows whats right and what to do in hard situations

The second best I would say Naruto, he has a kind heart and always is ready to fight for who he cares for, and h won't take no for an answer. He is super strong and will become Hokage. Most of all he keeps his promises.
