i think naruto and sasuke's jutsu are probably one of the best out there. rasengan kicks chidori's butt, though

I think Kakashi's is the best, not just because he's my favorite, but because with his Sharingan, he can copy any other jutsu, except of course, the kekki gen.... well, the bloodline traits. However, Sasuke would be as good if not better if he ever masters the Sharingan...

Hidan's jutsu is hard to use(with no rope0 but if you get blood, the other person's pretty muh screwed.
